Finally I understand the use of that brush they gifted me months ago! It has wooden bristles just like the one you showed at the beginning.

Dang it should only take 5 minutes I’m usually wore out by the time I’m done dry brushing lol but there’s A LOT to dry brush tho & having only 1 Arm makes me have to be a contortionist so my right arm/hand reach everything on my left side 🤪🤪🤪.

Just as an outsider who stumbled onto your channel searching about dry brushing, apart from saying thank you for the awesome video, I'd just like to share that you could drastically upgrade the quality of your videos by a little more finetuning of lighting and focus. The overexposure gets very visually tiring to watch and when the camera doesn't focus right (like on the second brush) it takes the viewer out of what you're trying to say. Take it or leave it, obviously :)

Husband, 14 month old, me, and finally 7 yr old. I would like to make a room spray as disinfectant to use in place of Lysol. Is there any way you can help me please!! Hahaha no worries I get it! I would use a blend of cinnamon, clove, wild orange, rosemary, and eucalyptus. I have several room spray recipes on my channel and you can follow those recipes with this blend. All of these are great at killing germs!

I do it before.
I have a brush with both types of bristles and I have been using it inside the shower which is totally wrong. Can I still use that brush or should I get a new brush? 🤦🏼♀️.
As long as it is dry I am sure it is fine!

Some studies say that it will help with stretch marks. I don't have personal experience with this but I read it in a lot of places.

I only dry brush a couple times a week. It really depends on your skin, if it is red and irritated I would do less.
I think dry brush do something for circulation, and skin ... scrub is more skin exfoliating
Both are good just use in different days

I have a long handle. It attaches to the brush.

Yes I was too! Press more gently and do it less often in the beginning.
