- Brothers and sisters in regions of Africa describe the desperate fight of war in the Congo and Kenya and their search for a safe place. They find belonging and support as refugees among Latter-day Saints.

For anyone who feels like God is not there, this is your reminder that he is there. He's in all places, God is Good.
Awhile ago I repented to God then begged for help, "I was until then an Atheist."
I then had a dream of Jesus coming before God and he spoke of the Tabernacle in perfect context, "A word I didn't know existed.", and what I felt from Jesus when I held him was unlike anything I've ever felt before - A lifetime of Love every second - It brought me to sobbing and it changed my life, forever.
I've had other experiences since, "Several witnessed", one was seeing a bright orb of light pass across my face in the dark, hours before a major surgery the second I gave up in my heart.
Know that God and Jesus ARE real and that they Love us deeply. Let go of your hatred and Imagine yourself holding the people who've hurt you. Tell them you Love them.
Always have hope, I believe that prayer, following God's laws & Love is the answer, and through that, becoming humble, merciful, welcoming, giving, and forgiving, To All.
God is everywhere.
@@narsakucanada154 I had the same experience. I felt hopeless, then i thought to myself, if god is real, lets give it a chance. And so i prayed, with sincerity for the first time in my life, and i got my answer. He is wonderful, we just need to seek him!
"How can we feel happiness if we havent felt sadness?" was something i heard from somewhere, and it made me open my eyes.

People can judge others all day long, but when you see true experiences, it will hopefully change your heart to God's heart. Loving our brothers and sisters back to better mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health is what our Savior Jesus Christ does. As His disciples, we must walk with Him and be part of these refugee efforts 🙏🏼🫂💞💜

This is the Lord's type of people and one happy family in Christ. It is way different than the world's way of living.
We love our community of diversity and unity. Our Stake has a Spanish Ward, a Portuguese Ward, and a Samoan Ward meets in our building. A family in our ward is from the Congo and Nigeria, and they started the Refugee Program for Utah County. I'm so grateful to them, for their examples, and friendship. Several others from Africa in our neighborhood are also a blessing to us here. We all can stretch to meet each other's needs and be of true support. ツ Deep down, we all hope for Zion by creating it now, hopefully! Blessings to all!
whether we are brown, black, white, lesbian, gay, transgender, asian, latino, native american, straight, non-member, member, anyone......we are all beautiful children of Heavenly Father. This church teaches that we must care and love everyone. It pains my heart when i see "memeber" being racist or disrespecting others. There is enough hate in this world. It needs more kindness and service. Thank you
By their fruits, ye shall know them. There is a great deal of good this church does that others would deny based on their personal reasons.
The Lord knows and cares for all and He is aware of everyone and the life they live. Inasmuch ye have done it unto them, ye have done it unto me the least of my brethren.
This is so wonderful! My husband and I before he died disturbed to missions mostly teaching Africans and we came to love dearly. I’m 87 now and a widow, but it does my heart good to see those who are opening their hearts in their homes to others, as we have done, because that is the source of all joy to share.
Moving on is a hard part of life but, you need to move on to be able to live your best life. Through the help of others it makes things so much easier. I speak from experience. My best friend helped me through a hard time yesterday just by talking to me. Sometimes it feels like he is here for me and only me. I love him a lot
I love the gospel. And how it can change lives for the better. And if we follow the prophet and the teachings of Christ we can be blessed far more than we will ever be able to fully comprehend.
"Invite people...we eat, we drink...we share the message, 'God loves you.'" So grateful for humanitarian aid in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints❤️
The Church is such a blessing. We are not just a Sunday church. We are active every day.

These videos are so great. Caring for people is walking in Jesus’s footsteps.
Now if only the church would do that, less than 1% of the churches money goes to help the poor, with all the money they have they could end homelessness around the world, they say they want us to try to be like Jesus. Well Jesus wouldn't have invested money in businesses, and built fancy buildings, he would have used that money to help people live

Refugees running from the death war guarantees and the abject poverty it brings if they are not killed. May the Lord bless them and allow them to return when the wars are finished

I remember helping my Dad to get together some furniture and such that we had for a refugee family in the area. I wasn't too happy about giving up my Saturday after a busy work week, but I'm honestly glad to have been able to help him to help them, even if all I really contributed was some physical labor on my part 😁

Not true ......Honor Obey and sustaining the law IS NOT happening when you are facilitating illegal immigration. How can you say the church is keeping to it's teachings???? Guess the 12th article of faith should be repealed right!!!! There are legal ways to come to America.

I've been trying to get help for Ukrainian refugee's in my area from local Church leadership and haven't been successful. I also have tried to contact Church headquarters for assistance but they tell me to work through local leadership. We have over 500 Ukrainian refugee families with pregnant women, women who are here by themselves with 5 kids and their husbands are at war or dead and I can't do this on my own. Please Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint's pass this onto someone who can talk with me. I have pages of notes and needs I'm a member of the church and for 4 months have been working directly with these people. God bless you and God bless His children who suffer

Mormon's you're preaching a false gospel
Showing a contradiction between The Bible and The Book of Mormon seems to be a hard thing to do. As to why people don't accept modern prophets/living oracles is also an annoying question to figure out.
