Hi @tawnyakaimimoku7326, I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my husband six years ago and this song has been one that I keep close to my heart. I can tell you that you are not alone, Heavenly Father and our Savior are with you and will help you face the challenges of a lost spouse. My heart goes out to you and you are in my prayers. Remember when times are hard, turn to your Father in Heaven in pray and He will be with you. I wish I could give you a big hug.

I love how at the end, it shows that Emma also needed the Savior and sat in the church with the rest of the people even though she was the one singing. Such beautiful symbolism
During this time some things have been very difficult for me, such as work, family and above all the doubt that I am doing things right. Listening to this song reminds me of the love of God and Jesus Christ for me. They value every effort we make and their grace is enough for us to be perfected in our weaknesses. They give us hope in a better world and the certainty that if we follow them and trust them.. "Everything will be fine."🌿

This has re-emerge on my phone & as I listened to what she is sharing .. my mind feels filled with Christlike Light & the Holy Spirit has been bearing witness to the truth of the wisdom and understanding she has gained through her life of long suffering through many heartbreaking experiences.
She grew up in a Christian Missionary Household of deep FAITH..📖🕊🙏🏼
I like how it showed everyone coming in from their own walk of life experience, and being blessed with tender mercies from the song in their own way.
43 years of a wonderful marriage, 4 fantastic children and yet the hardships that have come have left their scars. Never doubted the love of my father but seeing my beautiful wife fight cancer for the last 20 years had not been easy. As we start what looks to be her final face as she fights to communicate her thoughts after brain surgery last year and now hearing from our oncologist that no more than 6 months are left her words to me are full of spiritual strength as she testifies to me that after everything she knows Her Father in heaven loves her and that we will be together again. She has no fear of death I think she afraid of me being alone. hope and prayer is all we have left at this time and this songs brings that to mind.
Tomorrow will be 4 weeks from the day our 17 year-old passed into Act 3 (‘Life After Death’ or ‘Eternal Life' as defined by Boyd K. Packer). While I miss him terribly and long each day to be with reunited with him again, I am grateful for the knowledge of a perfect plan and a Savior who enables me to exercise faith in and through His Atonement, and has paved the way for me "to gain my fondest dream."
Nothing I can say will bring peace to you bro. Only stay strong and keep faith.

Not only is the title fitting but she sang it in a way that was not only soothing to the ears but pierced through the heart. The Isaacs singing with Randy Owens I need Thee every hour has always been my favourite version of this hymn, but this young lady now has a tie in my heart. Beautifully delivered. Heartfelt and exactly what I needed to hear.

I listen to this every day since hearing this " Reddeming love unto our Master, Jesus Christ, and as I think of "Him" I think of our beloved Prophet, Seer and Revelator, President Russell M.NELSON, his angelic invitation for all to repent and let God have more influence in "All" our daily sojourn, and of all our church leaders in the General authorities who give their whole lives as spokespersons, brethern and sisters. They give everything at the feet of our Lord.

A few years back, my teenage son shared an experience his young men's (YM) leader rehearsed to him and the other young men in his class. His YM leader, who worked for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was in a business meeting and noticed that an alarm on one of his colleague's phones kept sounding every 15 minutes. This continued throughout the hour-long meeting. Afterwards, my son's YM leader approached his friend and asked him why his alarm kept going off so frequently to which he responded, "We make a covenant each week to always remember the Savior. I get easily distracted, so I have set an alarm every 15 minutes to help me "always remember Him." After sharing this story, I thought about this hymn, "I Need Thee Every Hour," and so I now have an alarm on my phone that reminds me every hour to try and "always remember him" and to be reminded that "I need [Him] every hour."
The spirit whispered to me to search this song. So glad I followed the prompting.

I immediately went and grabbed my beautiful wife and two little girls and showered them with hugs and kisses; I reminded them how much I love them all. These are the reminders we all need in life and to know we will be alright despite the enormous challenges we all face. Thank you for the beautiful rendition to a very special song that means so much to so many. Let us all be reminded to slow down and to NOT forget.....it's so easy, but let's not......that is hell at the end of ones life is to simply forget....God and then family, always......❤
