Listened to this song so many times after my daughter died in my arms when I was 7 months pregnant with her little sister. Then revisited that grief during labor. I'm about to give birth again. Every. Single. Time. This song reaches and summons the godly & hallowed grief from the depths of my broken & blessed & grateful soul.

I can tell you that you are not alone, Heavenly Father and our Savior are with you and will help you face the challenges of a lost spouse. My heart goes out to you and you are in my prayers. Remember when times are hard, turn to your Father in Heaven in pray and He will be with you. I wish I could give you a big hug.

I was sitting in work today, feeling quite lost and hopeless. I am so glad that this video found me, I feel the love of my saviour Jesus in me and am so grateful.
I love how at the end, it shows that Emma also needed the Savior and sat in the church with the rest of the people even though she was the one singing. Such beautiful symbolism
I completely agree. As a singer, I've almost always felt that way. Most of the time I feel like God is teaching me, through song, lessons I desperately need to learn.

It’s exactly 1 year this moment that my husband went home to Jesus. Ive been haunted about his last hours and minutes with me and our sons in the hospital..mostly I’ve tried to block the scary parts and remember that we were able to shower him with love. It’s just before dawn right now..and his video found me..praise and thanksgiving to Jesus..

During this time some things have been very difficult for me, such as work, family and above all the doubt that I am doing things right. Listening to this song reminds me of the love of God and Jesus Christ for me. They value every effort we make and their grace is enough for us to be perfected in our weaknesses. They give us hope in a better world and the certainty that if we follow them and trust them.. "Everything will be fine."🌿

43 years of a wonderful marriage, 4 fantastic children and yet the hardships that have come have left their scars. Never doubted the love of my father but seeing my beautiful wife fight cancer for the last 20 years had not been easy. As we start what looks to be her final face as she fights to communicate her thoughts after brain surgery last year and now hearing from our oncologist that no more than 6 months are left her words to me are full of spiritual strength as she testifies to me that after everything she knows Her Father in heaven loves her and that we will be together again. She has no fear of death I think she afraid of me being alone. hope and prayer is all we have left at this time and this songs brings that to mind.
Tomorrow will be 4 weeks from the day our 17 year-old passed into Act 3 (‘Life After Death’ or ‘Eternal Life' as defined by Boyd K. Packer). While I miss him terribly and long each day to be with reunited with him again, I am grateful for the knowledge of a perfect plan and a Savior who enables me to exercise faith in and through His Atonement, and has paved the way for me "to gain my fondest dream."
Nothing I can say will bring peace to you bro. Only stay strong and keep faith.

I needed to this hymn right now ist one of my favorites my 94 year old grandpa is not doing well and probably won’t make it until the end of the week I can’t be them to say goodbye. 😢But hearing this reminds that it’s gonna be ok and that the savior is with me when I need him the most. “ I need thee oh I need thee every hour I need thee oh bless my now my savior I come to thee” Are my favorite lines.
Not only is the title fitting but she sang it in a way that was not only soothing to the ears but pierced through the heart. The Isaacs singing with Randy Owens I need Thee every hour has always been my favourite version of this hymn, but this young lady now has a tie in my heart. Beautifully delivered. Heartfelt and exactly what I needed to hear.

When I hear this hymn I feel gooze bombs in my body in the sacrament meeting I feel too much when Christ was not have been in life I didn't know were we would have been, He is my saviour and Redeemer for my life.
