Look at the intensity in Frank’s eyes as he coaches. He still loves this. What a treat it must have been to spend time with the legend. Thanks for uploading.
@@Karl_I Ruuuhl! I agree. What a maniac. Favorite was his Nigh of The Champion win back in 2002. There hasn't been a more impressive display of muscle mass ever.
Bodybuilding has benefited from the contributions of several legends over the years. And who can deny that of Frank Zane? We can easily say that he is the bridge between sheer mass and aesthetic beauty. There is a before and after Frank Zane in the history of Mr. Olympia. He is definitely one of many fans' favorites. Seeing him training with Arnold would be mind blowing. Two bodybuilding schools.
I can't believe i slept on this video for so long. What a clever trainer Frank is. These days everyone is shaming people for not doing the flat bench, the back squat, the deadlift etc, but sometimes it's necessary or even advantageous to try some thing different so... you have nothing to lose. Next leg day I am going to try to emulate that squat somehow, it's like those balls on the pullover machine, the gentleman is a renaissance man.
I like the dip machine. Frank Zane might not have a decades worth of Sandow trophies, he did a beer ad, but he has not been an action hero killing hundreds of terrorists with one clip of ammunition, he has not even demanded that his pictures be taken down from gym walls, but (in my opinion) he is the guy every aspiring bodybuilder should want to copy.
I have always admired Frank. He always seemed to be one of the more dignified bodybuilding champions. I notice that he doesn't laugh or smile very often, though😉

Absolutely, thanks for the comment,
Frank is a legend. His era was so much better than the mass monsters of today.
I love Frank zane, but the mass monster era had some awesomeness, Markus Rühl is my man

Always my favorite bodybuilder. Frank, it is a privilege to enter into your home gym. Thank you.
You didn't enter anything bud. You're watching a video

FRANK HAS REALLY DIALED IN HIS HOME GYM...I KNOW HE HAS FINE TUNED IT TO PROVIDE THE BEST IN RESISTANCE TRAINING...HE IS A MASTER AND A LEGEND.
Dialed in? He just bought some machines. It's not that complicated or praiseworthy

Frank Zane - role model of all ectomorphs. Great Video. Thanks!
More workouts and contents with Frank Zane, PLEASE
he is one of the best
I've met him a few times at the Arnold Expo, my first time meeting him, I cried like a little baby😅😢
Frank has a lot of knowledge to share if someone could tap into it, it would be nice to see him lighten up and smile a little bit.
Much Respect to the Legend
That tricep machine was awesome. I wish we had that machine here, it was like doing the french press but in a horizontal position.
what a thrill and an honor.
Great gym Frank 💪🏋️
Brilliant enjoyed watching this old School approach works applying the mind to muscle 👍🏻

You thought this comment was so gold right? Well you were wrong
What's up with Frank in this?? He didn't even want to shake your hand at the end lol
Poor Frank looks tired. Breaks my heart to see him age. As a kid I always thought he was immortal.
The dude is 80. If anything, I'd say he seems like he's in great physical and mental shape for that age.
G.O.A.T
💘
Ever ask yourself, what's the point?
The stretch makes no sense to me
I love Zane....I just think his brain is too big for bodybuilding....he seems to over think..which can age a person fast 😮
Frank looks cranky. I guess it is the older age and probably body pain.
I learned nothing from this
Your brain must be not working.
These guys today look terrible and are shortening their lives
