    Please don’t blindly follow anyone’s advice in RUclips or Instagram. These people are not certified dietitian or nutritionist. Things that work for one person might not work for others. ALWAYS get help from a professional. It’s okay to reduce weight gradually over a span of 3-6 months. Losing 10-20 kgs a month will make your body strain more that YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGAIN THE WEIGHT SOONER.

      Timing is not a matter after sunset we have to take less carbs example' a person going for bed 11 pm regularly there is no use he takes dinner before 7 pm... The matter is not a time 3 hours before bed we have to take food that's all

    I just want to know whether is this a healthy weight loss even we follow diet ... This is not good my doctor adviced reduce your weight gradually for example max 1 to 1.5 kg and try to change your food habits and maintain that consistently and not for in name of weight loss journey for 3 or 6 months... We have bring that into a lifestyle and adapt to it

      Yes my doctor said weight loss has to be slow . She said just 2 kgs max for A month is more than enough to reduce. This will help us to eat the same way even after our goal. Fast weight loss will leads to fast gain.

    It is not stess, it's actually stress, if u cook using coconut oil it is definitely going to convert as fat for sure,1 spoon of coconut oil for dressing any dish is fine but if u heat it ll covert into fat

    She gives many wrong ideas.. we should limit fruits too when it comes to not just weight loss but for insulin resistance too. She says no sugar or honey but as soon as she wakes up she takes lemon honey. Dinner fruits?? Very bad idea. And stretch marks of pregnancy due to not toning? You will get stretch marks in pregnant irrespective of all that unless you are genetically blessed with no stretch marks ( I am one, i didn't have stretch marks in belly due to pregnancy but I have in my butt from teenage when I put on weight) may be she will know reality after childbirth. And toxic weight?? Hilarious 😂😂😂
