There is enough in this world to make people feel stress. We don't need to keep talkin about the tragedies that were. We have enough tragedy is going on around us now to make a stressed we don't need to rehash the past. In fact the muses one of the main causes of stress in people.

There is the quote, "Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it" which rings pretty true. If you treat a tragedy as something in the past, rather than something to learn from and try and prevent from happening again, you are just shying away from things that make you uncomfortable and choosing to stick your head in the sand
