FYI: for the w253, an E14 is required, NOT the listed E11.

I was told for my 2009 c300 that the cost to replace starter is expensive due to having to remove the catalytic converter. Another mechanic told me over the phone that he needs a professional lift to get under the car. Yet in this video, no lift, no under the car, no removing of catalytic converter. Are all my mechanics wrong?

Good question. All my my mechanics say catalytic converter must be removed and they need a lift to work under the car.

C300 is 6 cylinder. Cats are on both side. That room you swinging the starter is not available.

The C300 is a 6 cylinder.
I have one. This one is as well. They skipped removing the exhaust to make it look this easy
