Great trip. I really love those island resorts. Such great people. That lighthouse was incredible. Did they say when it burned? Your guide was awesome. Can you imagine the job of the lighthouse person. I can't believe the people you meet. So many places to fall in love with. Love your market walks. I would like to know more about the food sales like meat, fish and vegetables. It would be awesome to eat right from the market. You really see awesome stuff. The land prices are astounding. I think you're my #1 channel now. Excited to see every vlog.

Look at the sea, its so blue and calm (26:29) and the sky is so blue, and the talisay trees, so colorful leaves (red, brown, yellow, green, etc). And the general ambiance is so relaxing. This guy fron England and his Ilongga wife are just fortunate to be living in Ajuy! Iloilo is just a great paradise of a place!

Fantastic vlog! Love that you cover not just the popular or mainstream places but also local places, small towns or municipalities that that majority would tend to overlook. I’ve never heard of Ajuy before but what a gem! I’ll bet everyone in Ajuy loves their Mayor Roxas. Such a sweet man. Same with the people you interacted with. Island hopping seemed like fun. Views are spectacular.

Yes, he seemed very dignified & …gentle, a gentleman. Wonder if he is descended from the President of Phil with same surname? I wonder if Michael was joking or if the Mayor really did say something like, “you may bring some of the pretty ladies along for the tour…”. I can’t quite imagine him saying that…but then again knowing the often joking/humorous Filipinos…I can!

We went down to Legaspi last week and went by the Daraga touism office. They were just so glad that I was there, had most of the staff come out to meet us. They gave us lots of brocheurs, maps, and I learned that they were just starting their festival. So we did a video on the Street Dancing Parade.

Just across from our barangay is Marbuena Island we used to bathe there that day on that Island. The care taker there now Armando Molina is my siister classmate. Its the same in Parola Island we used to bath there before, and that Hill Top in Culasi is not yet like that there was no sightseeing on the hill top before.

That's true, Mike. I'm also aware that the people in these areas are pretty and goodlooking and have lighter skin and lighter eye color, somewhat like darker hazel in some, like my high school classmate from Ajuy. These towns - Concepcion, Ajuy, Barotac Viejo, Banate, San Dionisio, Sara, Carles, Estancia, Lemery. It's because people here are descendants of a mixture of Spanish and some Chinese ancestries. But there are families there, especially the elite (I know, one family was our client in the bank in IloIlo City) who have stronger Spanish blood and even speak lingua franca Spanish. Iloilo is an interesting place. Perhaps because I was born and grew up in ILOILO, sometimes I can distinguish from what town they come from just by looking at their particular kind of Spanish features.
