Day4 (Week1/ Part 2) All the poses are easy to do apart from Ustrasana. It is still difficult for me to do Ustrasana.. Tried to reach both the ankles but only half way was possible for me. I will push more in coming 2 days. If any tips are there would really helpful. Day5 (Week1/ Part 2) Pushed little hard for ustrasana. I believe I can reach completely.

Day 4: missed two days so felt guilty. ate unhealthy. but just cause you failed once doesn't mean you ruin it all. so i'm back. stretches were intense. flexibility a bit less than usual. but we showed up. grateful! ❤ Day 5: amazing practice. gratitude to have had silence at my workout place during the practice. flexibility increased. stretches were easier and more effective. Goal to eat healthier from today!! ❤ Day 6: went amazingly. enjoyed the flow but ate packaged foods quite a bit. looking to reduce that. i'm sure week 2 will be even better ❤

Day 5 ✅ Flexibility is increasing now than the 1st day and gettin easier going into postures than before. I have started to follow this series in September 23 i have dedicated 60 minutes in the morning for yogbela. So i have done week1 part 1&2 together for five consecutive days. It was not intense so could easily do.
Successfully completed the first week 6 days yoga. This is the first time I have worked out for long six days without break or even without laziness. I felt so curious to do the practice every day. I felt like my posture had got better .. I am no longer feeling any strain on my back even if I sit for longer hours. Thank you for this my dear mentor ❤ and waiting for the next week’s practice

Day 4 and surprisingly I feel amazingly light . I like that your asanas are grounded yet intense and challenging . Day 6 - I had unexpected guests and some deadlines to look after hence the gap. But I will start the next week tomorrow with no more gap. Will continue commenting my attendance in week 2 part 1 video now. 😊 I am proud of myself finishing one week at least.
i m unable to bend my lower back while sitting... i can't touch my toes lekin can touch ankle. But that bending part.. that so cool but Its impossibe for me. What extra effort i can put to have that flexibility.
Yesterday i did week 1 day 3 halfway and i felt a pain around the right side of my neck, like a cramp. So i stopped right there. Today i continued with week 1 part 2. I feel so refreshed after this session. I could do the half lunge easier than day 1, but lost balance in bending halfway forward. Before starting the challenge, i felt bloated around my belly. Now I feel like that has toned down a bit. Edit: 5th day. I have done camel pose before but yesterday doing it 2 times in a row felt challenging. But today i felt so good at my lower back while holding this pose as if i got massaged there
Day 4: Done! I feel very stretched and my back doesn't hurt as much; I was very flexible during the session but wasn't as flexible at the end.
