Two truths about breasts everyone should know: 1) breasts are made up of fat tissue. The more of body fat you have, the bigger your breast size is. But of course it depends on body type also. 2) breasts can't be lifted with exercise. You can only make them firm and supple. Breasts would sag because of gravity just like every other thing on this planet.
