Today first-day complete the feeling beautiful just wanna how many days in a week should I do this and other parts as well .my lower parts r so big especially my thighs

I do your sessions regularly now and i can feel the change in flow and flexibility in my body. Also my overall body shows some toning. Though a small change i feel much better from within. I am doing yoga after long and my body is very stiff so it was challenging. I had a sore body today morning but now it is feeling fresh!
