    It was very hard for me to complete but i somehow did it and i feel so good after the session.
    Thankyou for this practice. I do your sessions regularly now and i can feel the change in flow and flexibility in my body. Also my overall body shows some toning. Though a small change i feel much better from within. Please keep making more videos.

      You can practice yoga in general... Everyday... Start from Evolution series ... After that practice this fat loss series 3 days a week .. doing other tutorials on rest days ... 😇

    Mam part 1 kitne din tk krna hoga aur mam in exercises ke pehle aur baad ki diet ke baare me bhi btaiye. Kyuki me RUclips pr dekhkr bohot saari exercises krti hu lekin khana bohot dar darkr khati hu ke khi exercises bekar n hojae. Yoga mene aj pehli Baar kiya he apko follow krte hue.
