Can you please show some yoga practice for increasing fertility. The doctor reported that my egg count is decreasing gradually. He suggested to loose weight still I want some yoga practice for mental refreshment and satisfaction that could help my fertility power too.

I fell down in the ardhpadmasan pose when practice by my left leg side...i cant balance my both side..plz make video for that to balance both side of the body...i always struggling with any kind of left right poses
