    Thank you for the wonderful session. Tried it for the first time and this made me very confident on going forward. In the beginning i was about to give up but eventually it brought me back.     I think this is a good and quite challenging routine. I'd say there are quite a few intermediate poses which needs mentioning at the beginning. Your count downs during movements are a bit uneven also.

    Ma'am from August I'm doing weight lose series and pcod sequence weekly twice I lost 2kgs and my periods are regular, these many days I was getting period but their was no blood flow as normal after following your every yoga sequence I'm getting normal 🥺🙏🏻tqsm ma'am❤ 🙇🏻‍♀️
