    More than physical body pain, I feel extreme emotions before and during first two days of periods. This session worked wonders for me. I feel relaxed and calm. Thank you! You are a wonderful teacher❤

      Exactlyyyyyy !! I feel the same. Everyone has their own way to explain & teach. But preeti mam really explain everything nicely & slowly so it’ll easy for us to catch also with her time. Not trolling anyone but every yoga tutorials i have watched before was they do their own & so quickly.😪 this is the first time I’m learning yoga in details & upgrading level wise. So helpful 🌸

    You are such calm and composed. I did this for 2 days during my period and I am feeling relaxed. I will start the 10 days transformation once my days get over.

    hello Preeti you are very good teacher, this asanas have really helped me fight back with agonising pain during menses, now i dont require that often the anlgesics & spasmodics to control my menstruel pain, i would really suggest every girl to do this follow sincerely & dedicately how preeti teaches.shez best yoga teacher.

    Hi Preeti…I really don’t feel good before periods for more than a week… so can I do this for the whole week before periods? Bcoz I cannot do any hard asanas for a week before periods
