Ive been struggling with really intense cramps these last two years. Whenever they start up, i just want to bundle into a ball and just cry they are so painful. Ill even get myself sick. Unfortunately today, I couldn’t find my heat pack, so instead of crying on the floor, i pulled up this video! My period is extremely irregular and gives me cramps leading up to my period and then severe cramps during the first few days. Yesterday I started and today the cramps are unbearable. This yoga felt like it pushed the cramps out and showed me how much I was holding in. I teared up a little at the end 😂 but this was a great reminder that my body is showing me what it’s capable of and I will be okay. ❤

After taking birth control for 03 years; today I am having my period under a beautiful full moon and feeling again the divine feminine inside of me. So just as others have said, I woke up this morning and thought oh no it’s a bad day for yoga, my period is far too bad. Then I thought well maybe I can do yoga in bed because it will at least help my back. Then this video popped up right at the top of my feed. For sure divine intervention. Thank you so much! I’ve been doing your videos a minimum of 4 times a week since January 2021. I had never done yoga before then. Your videos have helped me so much! I have endometriosis and psoriatic arthritis so I’m in a lot of pain constantly. Your videos help me manage my pain so much better! I appreciate all of your hard work, more than you know!

Its rough because I beat myself up a lot, during this routine I had to keep reminding myself that this is what my movement looked like today and that that's alright, having someone random I found on youtube say something that helped with my struggles almost made me cry. Thank you so much. I'm 50 and I've started taking progesterone, cyclical, to help regulate my cycle. This is my second month and it's definitely made a difference. No more spotting and waiting for it to start or getting all the pmt & then no period, it's nice to have a regular cycle. It was lighter and less painful for a while but it's back to being heavy and painful. It doesn't bother me because that's what my period has been like since I started, but after almost a year of mild cramps, I'd forgotten how uncomfortable they can get! I can't have it all though and I'd rather have a couple of days discomfort than irregular, scanty periods. I'm extremely grateful for this practice and feel like a noodle now 🙏🏼🧘🏼♀️💜

I usually pop some painkillers when I have cramps but decided to try something new. The immediate relief I felt after the massage portion was insane, will definitely be trying that when my cramps wake me up in the middle of the night, thank you Bird💕

I had terrible cramps today, they loosened up and I feel ok now but before I go to sleep I wanted to do this yoga to help myself out throughout the night. I really enjoyed the poses they didn’t feel extremely strenuous and some actually felt really good! ❤

This soothed my body almost right away! I don't really ever do yoga but it was crazy to become more in tune and figure out where my body was tense and just relax. I'm definitely considering making time to do this more often.

Something about lying down on a hard surface does wonders for my cramps, although they aren’t particularly bad (compared to other people’s) to begin with.

This soothed my body almost right away! I don't really ever do yoga but it was crazy to become more in tune and figure out where my body was tense and just relax. I'm definitely considering making time to do this more often.

Something about lying down on a hard surface does wonders for my cramps, although they aren’t particularly bad (compared to other people’s) to begin with.
