This was great. It released the sadness/guilt of not being able to workout during periods. Not being able to work out for 4-5 days really disrupts the flow but this will help maintain it. It was amazing. Very relaxing and not too much, just the right amount. Thank you!

As someone who’s been struggling with PCOS for more than 5 years , I cannot stress how amazing this workout was . Recently I’ve been so bloated before my periods and it’s so tiring and causes a lot of fatigue both mentally and physically . I tried this workout today even though I’m not on my period but the bloating was too much , and I feel so better . Even your voice is so relaxing and it almost feels like I had a meditation session . I'm also struggling from PCOS for more than 5 years. I don't know whether I can overcome it someday but still have faith on my God. He doesn't give something to anyone that she can't handle. May you get the wellness.💯

Hey... iam really thankfully to you... it was so calm an pleasant I really enjoyed and it removed the regret that about not doing yoga during this cycle but now iam feeling so happy tqsmch... n one more thing I enjoyed is the last pose of moving up and down... I ll bring us joy and makes us forget all the upset n pain.. 😊 if anyone felt the same hit the like ❤

Almost 1 year ago I came across this video and was doing it on my periods (noy every time 😅). Since last two months I am doing my workouts regularly including this one too! Today(21.6.2022) on my day1 of period I did it twice and for the first time ever I touched my forehead to the ground and to the knees!!! I am super happy now and also these exercises are so relaxing! This is the great way to pamper and love our body. When I had my first period, I was nervous and wondering why women have to go through this pain. Now, I believe this whole experience is really divine and beautiful in it's own way. Women have this ability to give birth to a new creature basically, give life from her life. Women are like living creatures who have cosmic energy inside their body. I see myself as powerful and courageous , whenever I am on my periods.
Today is my second day of periods and i started this exercise today i feel so relaxing with so much energy thank you ❤️ for uploading this exercise

From last few years, I have been facing issues like clotting due to which there is heavy flow and cramps during my periods time and it was very difficult to find the right set of exercises to do in this time. Thank you Gunjan for this great video to help us during the same.

It looks so easy . I also try but it's not so easy to stretch ur legs during periods.. though no doubt it gives me a relaxing mood & also cool down my irritation. But when I do yoga during my period, I always focus on my pads 🤣🤣

Hey dear, I want to tell you I did it just now. I was frustrated n was very uncomfortable due to my periods. But this made me feel soooooo relaxed. Though I couldn’t stretch even 50% but my body n back is thanking you million times.

I generally dont comment on u tube videos but this one is a must try for all the girls on their period days, i tried this out on my first day of periods and it felt effortless...and the entire strain in the body eased out within minutes...give it a try ladies
