You should never skip your breakfast but it's much better to skip the breakfast instead of having unhealthy foods in the breakfast.
If your breakfast is the first thing you eat in the morning which means if you have it on an empty stomach then you should be more conscious of what you are eating. After a long hour of gap/ fasting overnight our body becomes more sensitive so it's important that we feed ourselves with something neutral, light, refreshing and healthy.
So in this video I am talking about 7 Foods which we think are healthy but they definitely aren’t the best options especially while you are having an empty stomach.

Because lemon have alkaline minerals like potassium and magnesium. So lemon water has alkaline effect in body despite citric acid in lemons. Also, the quantity of citric acid gets diluted as we are mixing lemon with water. But when we consume citric fruit like oranges we do not get diluted citric acid as we are not having it with warm water.

5:55 having lemon water on empty stomach contradicts with the logic of avoiding citrus fruits on an empty stomach at 1:03. As per 1:03, lemon juice getting diluted with water should not guarantee a stomach totally free of gas or acidity cuz lemon is a fruit and that too a citrus one. So even though there's dilution, it definitely does not count as total absence of a lemon's property of being citrus. Please clarify.

Lemon is slightly acidic, but when inside stomach it acts as alkaline
Water is added so it makes it less acidic and more useful
I agree I have tried lemon water so many times and my body feels likee throwing up every single time . It does not suit my boody at all

Lemon water has alkalizing effect on body. So can be taken. Second reason is water neutralizes the lemon juice but intact fruits are concentrated.

Please review below points
1.Drinking early morning lemon water containing vitamin C is not wrong.
2.Multi-grain bread can sometimes confuse the digestive system regarding which enzymes to release for digestion.
3.Vegetables are high in fiber, which aids digestion and reduces the digestive system's workload.
4.Tea and coffee are strictly prohibited due to their caffeine content.
Mam ,lemon also a citrus fruit ,so is it good to take it in empty stomach????it can not cause acidity??????

Har kisi ko lemon water suit nahi karta. Mujhe bhi nahi karta but mujhe ACV( apple cider vinegar with mother) suit karta hai to main wo leti hu. Sabse jyada important hai apni body ko samjho aur healthy options mein se jo suit kare wo lo. Jinko ye bhi suit na kare wo log subah spirulina powder pani mein dalkar piye. Main Har month change karti hu. Kabhi ACV kabhi spirulina .
