    Edit - I am 19 years old now and there is no presence of maida and refined sugar in my home from last 5-6 years. I also quit sugary drinks and sweets. We only use best quality jaggery in our home.

    I almost broke up with sugar, refined oil, maida, from four meal to rice once in in a day which is during lunch time, fast food which I took once during my periods days. I eat mostly food like fish, moog dal, spinach and salad. And when I went to doctor I did ultrasound and my pcod has reduced. Thanks to all my willpower.

    We have no sugar and maid at home from years. We use organic honey, jaggery and dates. For coffee also we use honey in separate cups and it tastes so good.

    Hii gujan.. This is Monica I was so much fond of sugar even my husband and i saw you vedio one month back about sugar the 7 benefits what happen when we don't eat sugar.. And that and then I stopped eating sugar completely and after seeing me my husband also stopped completely.. Because being a punjabi you know how difficult it is to quite sugar.. I have see a amazing difference in belly fat and also I feel more active and engertic even also my husband.. I have tried to follow you small stautes vedio..     very useful video people cannot leave sugar which has become their way of life i have given up sugar for almost 10 years which helped me to reduce my weight from 99kg to 68 kg people should be aware of harmful effects of sugar. Im a coffee lover and also tea lover have been drinking coffee and tea without sugar for almost 10 years and i feel proud about it . Thanks Gunjan mam for making such a useful video.

    Hi Gunjan... it's really hard to quit sugar especially in my coffee and tea but after watching your videos I've started reducing white sugar.. even though it's really difficult but I've changed to brown sugar and that too the intake is really limited. I know it's not that great but it's the first step ... looking forward for more better lifestyle... thanks dear ..

    I am almost 30, since 2020 I started eating healthy only clean eating and once in a while I eat junk that too 1 time I drink coffee without sugar and I workout atleast 3 times a week this made me healthy and I look young as well

      Avoid tooth brush, plastic containers, processed food, iodised salt, maid, refined coil, wheat, polished rice, fried food etc. Instead of that start eating Milllets, organic jaggery, organic milk, ayurvedic tooth powder without brush, cold pressed oil for cooking.

    it's my 40th day without suger. I get rid of severe acne in just 7 days, skin looks brighter and glowing, joint pain is gone too. I'm actually on AIP diet so only sugar I take in the form of either banana or dates. But it's working on skin for sure.

      Faster weight reduction
      Feeling more active than before
      Immunity improved
      Hairfall reduced
      Lower acidity

    Lost 7.5 kg of lockdown weight in 2 weeks.
    Stopped all starch (bread potatoes rice pasta)
    Stopped all added sugar in drinks and tea/coffee. Tried sugar-free alternatives but it's not the same so I trained my palate to enjoy tea/coffee without sugar.
    No dairy like cheese and yoghurt.
    30-min brisk walk until you sweat a bit everyday.
    Drink plenty of water.
    Sleep well.
    Multivitamins.

      By eating carbohydrates like healthy ones example rice , bananas , wheat , etc and by eating 2 medium size banana regularly you can gain weight

    Gunjan dii thanks for sharing this video......butI had a few questions regarding to sugar.....I have lot of frnds especially skinny frds and they take lot of sugar in the form of coke, icecream, sweet, chocolate nd don't perform any physical activity no workout nothing......still they stay skinny even their belly fat doesn't increase so what is the reason behind it????

    I got extremely sick after I stopped eating sugar. The constant nausea I was having is terrible. I don't know if it's just me or everyone faces the same withdrawal symptoms. I had to have some sugar after 4 days cause I couldn't eat other food cause the smell of food was making me even more sick.

      You should have immediately replaced refined sugar with dates and fruits and raisins and jaggery otherwise these things are bound to happen.

When I was eating alots of sweets there was nothing.... I was sweet lover so I start slowly again eat suger now m fine my suger is 100 ALHAMDOLILLAH
