    Vitamin D is fat soluble and is available in Animal Fats. The other option is exposure to the Sun at least a few hours a day (not 20 mins as is in popular YT videos). Vitamin B12 is present again in animal meat and vegetables. The problem is that the Indian way of cooking destroys most of the vitamins in food.

      Bhai India mein rarely kisiko sun cancer hota hai. It's mostly a white people disease bcz in the last 300 years they moved from colder regions where they were genetically adapted to live and moved to warmer climates during colonization. Indian log hamesha dhoop mein rehte hain , usse sun cancer nhi hota. You can get tanned though.

      @coolNerdnextdoor Год назад +2

      My dermatologist suggested that "sunlight at dawn/early morning" is the best source of vitamin D3 and it possesses low risk of causing skin cancer too. The full-blown sunlight that you get from 8AM onwards can cause skin cancer. Wake up at 6/7am everyday and spend one hour max under the morning sunlight. Lastly, always remember to apply a good quality sunscreen before heading out for work everyday because it's the only way to prevent skin cancer
