Brother , this is not the diet that you can sustain in the long term....try to eat a more balanced diet which is sustainable for a longer period of time which includes roti sabji daal chawal etc .....leave all the refined sugar ....eat salad before your dinner...

I had gained 8 kgs during pandemic due to work from home. Then I accidentally only started having sugarless tea. In around 3-4 months I lost 8-10 kgs. I was actually worried about this weight loss without doing any workout. Doctor asked me to do some sonography which was all clear. Then I realised it was just the reduction of sugar which made me loose weight and back to my pre pandemic weight. I do eat sweet occassionally. I haven't stopped sugar completely. I have just stopped adding sugar in tea.

I’m not an expert but what I felt is you should stop fruits as well in the beginning otherwise your system will never stop cravings for sugar later on you can include fruits since cravings has been stopped. *Fruits are actually good for our body but not in large qualities*

What did you consume instead of sugar ?? Jaggery etc can be used??

Doctor sahab, after following your instructions, I have quit sugar. Now I have become a better performer in bed. Quitting sugar is very useful for gout also. Allah apko hamesha khush rakhe aur salamat rakhe. Aameen.
