    Dr sahab i took the 2 weeks no sugar challenge after seeing ur video I thank you from the bottom of my heart.mera weight toh kam huya hi sath hi mera thyroid bhi pehle se kam ho gaya.i was taking 125meg dose n now I have come to 100meg tab.may almighty Allah bless u all the success in the world

    Hello sir, I m doing fasting in this month of Sawan, dedicated to Lord Shiva 🙏🏻.
    My eating schedule is as follows :-
    Breakfast - Around 2-3 bananas
    Lunch - 2 boiled potatoes (without salt non fried) with 300 ml curd plain
    Dinner- 3 boiled potatoes (non fried with rock salt) with 300 ml curd
    I also take additional 4-5 bananas in a day.
    I lost 1.5 kg in 11 days with this schedule.

      Brother , this is not the diet that you can sustain in the long term....try to eat a more balanced diet which is sustainable for a longer period of time which includes roti sabji daal chawal etc .....leave all the refined sugar ....eat salad before your dinner...

Mujhe meetha khaba begad pasand hai mere din ki shuruat meetha khaane se hi hoti hai jab tak main chai ke saath subhah pahratha na lu mujhe chain nhi miltA shayad yahi wajha hai ke mera wazan kaafi badh gaya hai aur bahot kamzori aur thakaan hoti hai lekin aapka ye video dekhne ke baad main ab se hi sugar chhodne ka ahed leti hu ke aaj se kam se kam 15 din tak main sugar bilkul bhi nhi lugi. Uske bad mai apne ap ko bahut hi fit aur silim lag rhi the mera wet v bahut kam ho gya tha mera wet us time 65 kg tha bad me 6 se 7month sugar chorne ke bad mera wet 59 ho gya tha sir mai pehle v kam he sugar use karti the.. Ye bilkul shi jaankari diye h sir👍logo ko follow krna chaiye mai ab thoda use kr rhi the but phir se band kr dugi sugar use krna thanks🙏

    Dr. Salim I have been watching your videos since long. I am thankful to you for the health information provided by you.
    I am 67 now, do normal exercises daily. I am free from all lifestyle diseases. My sugar intake is moderate. I want to totally quit sugar and all such items which contain sugar. I want to be sure that during my exercise or cycling, I will not collapse.

    I had gained 8 kgs during pandemic due to work from home. Then I accidentally only started having sugarless tea. In around 3-4 months I lost 8-10 kgs. I was actually worried about this weight loss without doing any workout. Doctor asked me to do some sonography which was all clear. Then I realised it was just the reduction of sugar which made me loose weight and back to my pre pandemic weight.
    I do eat sweet occassionally. I haven't stopped sugar completely. I have just stopped adding sugar in tea.

      I’m not an expert but what I felt is you should stop fruits as well in the beginning otherwise your system will never stop cravings for sugar later on you can include fruits since cravings has been stopped.
      *Fruits are actually good for our body but not in large qualities*

      @@BhardwajSapna kam meethe fruits in small quantities but pahale 21 days completely zero sugar zero sweetness. Then your taste buds will reset themselves -uske baad apko khud hi natural foods meethe lagne lagenge even ajkal koi aise bartan m chai bana deta hai jisme isse pahale meethi chai banai gai ho to bhi mere buds mujhe bata dete h ki chai m meetha hai 😀 happened twice with me

    Mai aapki yahi video pahale bhi ek baar dekha hai our chaay me shuger nahi daalate huye 1 mahjne tak peene se mera 2kg weight kam huvaa. Our aaj ye video me bhi bahut saari jaankaari mili.

    Doctor sahab, after following your instructions, I have quit sugar. Now I have become a better performer in bed. Quitting sugar is very useful for gout also. Allah apko hamesha khush rakhe aur salamat rakhe. Aameen.
