    Hari Om. This is a mindful, gentle stretch that opens, energizes, and refreshes the body, followed by a short Yoga Nidra (complete relaxation). The shaking out and walking on the mat felt wonderful, really clearing things out and reconnecting me with the earth. A great way to start the day with my🌒moon time. The relaxation was deep and completely reset my mind and body. Thanks for sharing your gifts here, Rashmi! 🌺

      It's best to avoid Kapalabhati during periods. You can skip it for the first four days.

    My 2nd & 3rd toes have separation anxiety, it was impossible to lift them individually despite my best efforts 😹 thank you for this practice, just what I needed during my period x

      It's better to avoid doing anything if you are not feeling comfortable

      There is no yoga for snoring. Focus on doing pranayamas, any yoga Asana practice and eat healthy.

      Eat healthy, sleep well and practice yoga. There's no one particular yoga pose that will cute fibroids.

      As long as you don't hold it for too long there's nothing wrong. Downward dog will help release pain in the back.
