The shaking out and walking on the mat felt wonderful, really clearing things out and reconnecting me with the earth. A great way to start the day with my🌒moon time. It's best to avoid Kapalabhati during periods. You can skip it for the first four days.

Eat healthy, sleep well and practice yoga. There's no one particular yoga pose that will cute fibroids.
But didn't u say we mustnt do inversion asanas during periods? Surya namaskar has inversion asana...kindly explain
As long as you don't hold it for too long there's nothing wrong. Downward dog will help release pain in the back.
