    I have followed ur workout for 5 days and even lost 1 inch of my arm fat mean while ,which is not possible for me for weeks. My full is just burning . Thanks for ur videos and keep on going🥰 .

    Babe I died mid way. THIS WAS BOMBBBBBBBBB!!!!! I need to work on this more. My body is still stiff and flexing makes it hard. But this was awesome 👏🏽 ♥️♥️

      @@tashyofficial you can do it easily after few more days ....but you should add strength training if you want to loss weight or fat lose...cuz that's the things give you perfect shape to your body 🏋️❤️

    Guys am here for that day 2, first time when I finished this practice I felt like I had lost my joints but when I did 3 times now I feel more relaxed and I feel as if I lost 10 kgs already. I really love this thank you dear mob love from Uganda 🇺🇬
