Completed for 3 consecutive days...dhanurasana dynamic practice is quite hard couden't perform completely but regidity of body is getting reduced day by day.
Day 7: It was intense and couldn't do some asanas perfectly. Yet completed with little patience. Loving the stretches and rejuvenation it's generating to the body. Thank you.
Week 2 part 1 day 2 complete.....it was intense i was not able to perform some asanas...but i enjoyed it after every practice i feel my body is thanking me to choose yoga
Day 7 ✅ - couldn’t roll to my sides while doing Dhanurasana. Still cannot reach my toes, but I do think I can reach further than I used to in the past 6 days. Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ - Surprisingly, I was able to do the dynamic posture for Dhanurasana 3 out of 5 times today!
Day 8 Done- I couldn't do the side to side exercise at all. It kept hurting in my chest area. Is that to be expected for females, or am I doing it wrong? Apart from this, I loved today's practice! Day 9 done - I was able to do the side to side exercise today. I did it 2 times on each side and held the position for 5 counts. I'm proud of myself!! Day 10 Done!!! I did the side to side exercise completely, it definitely was intense but I loved it!!!

Very good morning pretty today I practice the first week one part two and this morning I actually woke up with sciatica pain on my right lower hip I still did the practice taking my time but I couldn’t even do a forward then this morning and that’s just fine I listen to my body and didn’t try to go past it see you tomorrow Namaste
Day 8: loved the sequence!! so so unique. really felt the intensity during the poses like forward bend with one leg and the balancing one (was a little challenging today, but we'll get stronger tomorrow and day after!). Pledged to eat healthy from today (wish me luck hehe) Thank you ❤ Day 9: an unwanted gap happened of three days. felt guilty and frustrated when starting the class today, but at the end, guilt was replaced by gratitude that God made me practice yoga today. That's what Yoga does to you I guess! an achievement that happened is that i've been eating healthy! thanks to whoever prayed (i'm sure someone did because it was not happening before) ❤❤❤ Day 10: amazing amazing amazing practice! experienced mindfulness and serenity. so happy! thank you! also ate healthy. will try to eat on time today as well (please pray for that too ❤) Thank you so much Preeti ma'am and to whoever prayed for this practice to have continued for me! Week 2 Day 2 Had a great experience doing it but I wasn't able to do the dynamic dhanurasan, yesterday also I tried but ffailed miserably. With two hands at the back hokding ankel I am unable to roll right or left, for this I need to keep one hand down and then I am able to roll with the help of hand. Any tips for this to get it corrected? Also thank you for being the best Yoga Teacher ❤

I've been practicing yoga for awhile now, but had to drop it for 1 year because of my elbow injury. It's almost ok now but still not completely healed. I could hold dhanurasan but it was difficult to hold with the elbow, so i skipped the part where we had to roll on the both sides. It was intense as compared to week 1 but i could complete it. I think compared to week 1, my endurance has kinda increased a bit. I'm not flexible so some poses couldn't we executed as it should've but i could hold the position. I didn't even realise that the video is over Edit: completed the 3rd day of this week 2, the pose where we grab the ankle and straighten it, today i could to a very little extent, straighten my leg. Of course it was challenging to hold it but atleast i could straighten a little bit
Day 8 Done ✅ In today's session few asanasa really easy and few where really hard for me (eg:- daruna asana moving left and right).I hope it will improve in tomorrow's class 😊 Day 9 Done ✅ In today's session i feel better then yesterday. Day 10 Done ✅ Today's session is so nice 😊
Week 2day 1was tough couldn't do some poses. Day 2 could do the asanas but with more efforts Day 3 was able to do them but the one in which we have to lift the feet couldn't do Wanted to ask can I do these sessions during periods
Week 2 Part 1 🎉: Almost none of them I could do comfortably so I chose comfort position in each one one of the exercises. 😅 But loving it. With increased intensity day by day it is pulling me towards my body’s best potential 😮 and am sure I will be doing it in better position soon. ❤
Day 2 of week 2 is bit better but yet to achieve proper positions. However I am glad that I am following this yoga challenge so far whereas I am not at all consistent with any challenges I try to attempt.
Day 3 Week 2: ufff really stretching each inch of my organs. 😂 However antt bhala to sab bhala. I must tell you once I end the session for the day, I feel so positive and happier for rest of the day. 🎉🎉🎉
