Faker's performance in Game 5 Galio and Game 4 Sylas were absolutely unreal. He always seems to just pull some godlike shit out of his ass in the moments of despair and carry the game. This was the best worlds finals so far for me.
I would say that at this level of competition he just manages to pull godlike shit out of his ass while everyone else stumbles. Like the way Knight teleported in was not thought out. At that level of skill you have to be able to calculate the fact Poppy will cancel you. And at that level calculations happen insanely fast. But he stumbled. I feel like the panic was setting in and their ability to think two steps ahead of opponent goes down the drain. They are reacting on whats happening instead of proactive. Its just panic while Faker keeps calm. He just plays it like a more important soloq game. His mindset doesnt change. Maybe it comes with experience but I think he is just naturally calm no matter what's at stake. Calmness carries him. At this point I wouldnt call this Luck. He is insanely calm no matter the situation he has won before and he has lost before. He knows damn well why he has lost important key moments in the past. Its probably the panic.
@@klyxrasta oh please, keria has been following him since after the baron take, keria would've done everything including running under tower to cancel that TP, there was literally no way for knight to TP. That's perfect positioning and awareness from Keria, not that Knight played badly. There was zero ways for knight to join that fight unless he can kill keria somehow, even if that happened, it would've taken too much time. Plus, even if he completed that TP, at the point he channeled, Elk had died and jax was on 1hp, maybe if he pulled off the TP somehow they could've bought a few more minutes, but definitely not enough to flip the game
5th world title, but whats incredible is 500 kills in the WORLD TOURNAMENT! fakers accolades will never be matched by any mid laner. Congratulations to skt!
Man faker just flipped a switch in game 4. To me he almost singlehandedly clawed them back to victory and by the end you could really feel the desperation from BLG. Uh I'm not saying T1 didn't play well, but BLG beat themselves with this draft. You can even see the coach visibly miffed. Hybrid top, hybrid (but really mostly magic) ADC, then an AP mid.. AFTER Galio. The icing was banning out XUN's limited AD pool and forcing BLG to pick 2 more dash reliant engage champs AFTER Poppy. I didn't realize how shallow ON's pool was either. 2 picks that might've salvaged this comp were Noct/Bard, both of which neither XUN or ON have ever played in a pro setting. From their reactions, it looks like Elk/knight wanted to go out on comfort and coach wanted an actual plan.
Zeus : Guys they are 4 on me, let me alone, i will sacrifice myself. Captain Faker : No i will never abandon you bro ! T1 ! ASSEMBLE ! Keria : Guys I will keep Knights away, let's go ! What a crazy move from Faker and Keria !
Look closely at the final fight. Faker R then landed his Q perfectly to kill Kaisa, he then side-step Jax's E to avoid being stunned. He then auto attack to trigger his passive, followed by Q then used zhonyas right away. This is the crazy part, immediately after zhonyas, he used E to dodge Jarvan's combo AND to kill Jax. My god, bro is Mr. League of Legends
Faker gave us our Trophy LETSGOOOOO Faker puts Knight in his place and Bin's Jax got destroyed by BOMBAAAAA but I gotta admit that BLG's play was unexpected and they did really good with those 2 wins of theirs. T1 IS THE PAST THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE LETSGOOO WHAT A GREAT LIFE TO BE A T1 FANNN!!!!!
Faker really did carry Game 2, Game 4 and Game 5. Especially Game 4 and Game 5 against Knight's Ahri and Bin's Jax. Galio performance was nuts. Also, Ahri only answers to Faker and Faker alone.
I just don't get this Ahri Liandry's mask build. Didn't Chovy show this was an auto lose build? Faker showed you need to be the assasin when using Ahri.
the turn around fight at 35:59 when Oner hit the skill and faker immediately flash in showing how strong team are! even when Keria and Guma died they still can win fight, you hardly see that fast of decision on any team in this world series, they really really work together as a team(I'm so touched ahh) like they have so much trust in each others it is so impressive to watch
That's what I thought as well. I really don't understand the j4 pick especially into a poppy and galio. Poppy has a kit that's taller made to destroy j4. You can't dash, you better not ult otherwise you get slammed into your own wall and you could even get a flight sponsored by the poppy hammer company if you get too close to the carries
@ I didn’t see pick bans, late to the party so just seen the game. You’re telling me they willingly picked J4 into that??? I knew there must of been a huge draft mistake because you can’t have an entire composition THAT hard countered. Xins practically immortal to anyone but jax and J4 but they’re both lambs to the slaughter with a poppy. Massively confusing draft.
@@Allnamestakenzomg yes they did. I'm a low ranked scrub so I don't feel I can question their decisions but it did seem strange to me. They could have picked sej it would have been better. Good synergy with Jax, long and non committal engage and not completely counted by the T1 comp. But they might have worried they wouldn't have enough DPS to burst xaia.
Knight is going to have nightmares why he didint went a bit further away to not get ulted by Poppy, such a detail but yet gamebreaking. Would he TPed there it would be end of the game propably for T1
Had the TP gone off T1 wouldn't have won immediately after but the ultimate outcome would have likely still been a T1 win. But that won't matter to Knight as that TP interrupt will now haunt him for years. This is the price of greatness - extreme highs and extreme lows.
The funny thing is Faker has been caught by bad TPs throughout this year. What a redemption that Faker buy so much time and Keria caught Knight in a bad TP
I do not understand why is anybody even questioning Faker being the best player. Sure, Chovy can be farm god with superior mechanics crashing all stats and dominating LCK, but on the end there is only one throne that is called Worlds. We all know whose skillset is dominating here. I am not saying the gap is big, but it is a gap. Mentality, macro, map-movement, outsmarting enemy with clutch moments,...Faker with his padawan Keria they rule the rift when it trully matters.

There is a sync with oner and faker that can't be explained in worlds. 2023 vs JDG: oner's rell engage faker following up immediately, then faker engage with oner following up 2024: faker galio engage oner following up immediately 2 plays that you can't just see coming. T1 played out of their minds, credit to BLG too, what a series!
37:28 Other teams would have probably just ran away and take their loss. T1 is confident with their skills and what their champion are capable of doing.
The unkillable demon king title definitely belongs to Faker especially in this game. He survived the 3v4, the 2v4, and at the Nexus with 1 HP. Not mentioning the other fights he survived before this game.

i dont know if you guys noticed, but last year wbg picked zeus’s aatrox splitting on top and he hanged in there until faker’s akali came in first and cleaned them and this year blg also picks zeus splitting top and faker is still the first to arrive… thats some synergy
At least they managed to kill zeus this time
Faker's performance in Game 5 Galio and Game 4 Sylas were absolutely unreal.
At this point, Faker's accolades can't be matched by any TEAM of players, let alone one player. His closest competitors are on his team.

Zeus: idk
Oner: idk
Faker: idk
Gumayusi: idk

"Death may have arrived and his name is Faker" was so chilling, he came with a vengeance
KERIA CANCEL AHRI’s TELEPORT LAST CLASH! MVP!!!!
GOAT support for sure
i dont think i've ever seen faker nearly throw off his headset after a win haha. they all looked so happy and relieved. T1!
He was like "best ahri who?" 😂
THAT TP CANCELL IS SOOO GOOODDDDDDDDDD
38:05 KERIA JUST WON THEM THE CHAMPIONSHIP
KERIA, ZUES AND FAKER IN FINAL CLASH WON THEM THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Man faker just flipped a switch in game 4. To me he almost singlehandedly clawed them back to victory and by the end you could really feel the desperation from BLG. Massive tp denial from Keria as well to save the last fight which could have been a disaster otherwise. What a team from top to support.
Congrats T1 and props to BLG as well, best finals I’ve seen by far!
I was in 5th grade when t1 was smashing TSM in worlds 😂😂 back in 2013 crazy I’m 22
and faker and t1 still dominating
That's crazy how fast time passes

Zeus and Faker in those two last fights are unreal amazinggg
The Michael Jordan of League; 5 time world champion will never be topped. I guarantee this record stands until the game is officially done.
Don't compare him to Jordan. Faker is miles ahead in their own league.
@@courtneynicolekelly8543 lol
@@courtneynicolekelly8543 Just stop. Clean up those lips. Faker won't DM you. If you can fault Jordan for anything is for his life outside of Bastketball and being generally a POS, but when talking about the player? He's definitely a guy on "his own league". If you question that, you're either being dishonest or you are straight up insane.
More like lebron of league since hes the goat
More like kobe he is a same 5 time world now but he lost 2 time in finals
Incredible drafting. T1 absolutely baited Bin's Jax pick. Grag, poppy and galio to counter him.
Fr, jax cannot do anything against these 3 Tanky CC champs XD.
I was shocked they allowed Bin to pick up Jax. Can't believe how little an impact he even had this game. T1 looking so good this game!!!
Blg should be ashame of themselves, t1 let blg pick their best champs and still lose.
Lol the caster even said bin had only lost 3 games on jax and 2 of them were to t1

38:05 look at keria(poppy) interrupt ahri's teleport. that was the key to win
This is the best Game 5 I have ever seen my entire life from any esport event. The best series, the best roster and the best team ever. 😭✨
Hearing the 'Unkillable Demon King' being announced that hard by the fans on the other side must be heartbreaking. Like, DAMN.
The timing on the comment at 35:02 saying how does it feel for the finals to come down to one fight. insane forshadowing
Faker gave us our Trophy LETSGOOOOO
Faker puts Knight in his place and Bin's Jax got destroyed by BOMBAAAAA but I gotta admit that BLG's play was unexpected and they did really good with those 2 wins of theirs.

FAKER THE ABSOLUTE MADMAN CARRIED THIS FINAL FEARLESSLY TO VICTORY! Undisputed Goat
Faker really did carry Game 2, Game 4 and Game 5. Especially Game 4 and Game 5 against Knight's Ahri and Bin's Jax. Galio performance was nuts.
Also, Ahri only answers to Faker and Faker alone.
his sylas in Game 4 is too agressive, it gives me heart attack

T1's composition in this game has just insane desengage power , its so hard to beat this comp in a teamfight.
the turn around fight at 35:59 when Oner hit the skill and faker immediately flash in showing how strong team are!
even when Keria and Guma died they still can win fight, you hardly see that fast of decision on any team in this world series,
they really really work together as a team(I'm so touched ahh) like they have so much trust in each others it is so impressive to watch
The only surefire way they found to beat t1 is for t1 to pick keria braum. lmao
@ true lol
Can't Believe this is the last game of ZOFGK. What a great run it was.
2 Best Team Fightsever on Worlds !!!!! The 3v4 re-engage to win a crucial TF & the 2v4 top lane was incrediblem duno how Faker survived there !!
One of the most broken items in the game, zhonia is a btch
[38:06] Wondering how in hell they won that? Check what poppy did to Ahri on the mini-map ;)
The T1 draft is the HARDEST counter i've ever seen. It's pure evil and counters BLG in every way possible. That's insanity.
Nah maybe slow them down by finishing Faker and buying time but not sure about taking down Guma and Oner
Get ready for 500 dollars galio skin
I do not understand why is anybody even questioning Faker being the best player. Sure, Chovy can be farm god with superior mechanics crashing all stats and dominating LCK, but on the end there is only one throne that is called Worlds. We all know whose skillset is dominating here. I am not saying the gap is big, but it is a gap. Mentality, macro, map-movement, outsmarting enemy with clutch moments,...Faker with his padawan Keria they rule the rift when it trully matters.
They should’ve put the camera on the BLG #1 fan after game 5
I can't believe it, it feels like I'm dreaming right now.
T1 Rekkles is now a World Champion.

The unkillable demon king title definitely belongs to Faker especially in this game. He survived the 3v4, the 2v4, and at the Nexus with 1 HP. Not mentioning the other fights he survived before this game.
T1 NEVER lose to LPL at WORLDS
Keria said no tears ever again, cancels Knights TP last fight and saved the fight, Faker in constant pressure still making the top tier plays, Oner with precise focus on target select, Guma with the best ADC performances consistently, and Zeus…just a chad that is unwavering.
Keria did A LOT with negating that tp, but Faker pulled in and made it happen. Both of them are the MVP’s.
Keria actually did a lot of cool stuff in this series.
Knight was so cool leading up to these finals.. but is easy to forget at this point. No spotlight for him anymore.
Faker is only one who make 3 Worlds finals in a row twice and protect his Worlds title twice. This dude is just insane.
