Many people say that you can't lose weight with yoga. But tbh I have been doing this routine for the past five days and I feel so toned. My belly fat went away significantly. I Thank her so much for providing these routines.

Ok i visited her channel 4 days ago and was doing this continuously and I can see the results my belly is a bit inside now I don't feel bloated and it really helped me to loss inches and stress you can definately try this and one more thing that i didn't followed and diet but yes i ate lesser than everyday and drink alot of water
I did 3 workouts for 1 whole week. I can feel now the difference. I'm so excited after a month. I minimize my rice part in my meal to lose some weight. Flat stomach, can't wait to have you!!!

I did this video today(part 1) and just wanted to let you know that somewhere between 36 minutes to 45 minutes, the video just plays music and your instructions are not audible. It would be nice to have the instructions to listen to while one holds the pose or does the exercise. Thanks for the great work you do. With the help of your videos, i have got my husband to do two days of yoga as well and he enjoys it too.

Hello, Yoga videos are usually done with focus and mindfulness. I and most people prefer low to no music for inward retreat. Only cardio and strength workouts needs music and push.

I like your flows. Really appreciate the work you put in. I would like to point out some names of asanas I think is incorrect. Like you are saying Chaturanga for Ashtanga. Similarly for Trilokanasana u r saying trikosana. Just observed these few glitches. Please post more videos. Really wonderful flows.❤

Trikonasana is what I meant, autocorrect is the culprit.😬 And ashtanga namaskar is where 8 parts of body touch the ground. Actually I am also yoga practitioner and learning, so got confused. Anyways will ask my guru. Thank you 🙏🏼
