    Many people say that you can't lose weight with yoga. But tbh I have been doing this routine for the past five days and I feel so toned. My belly fat went away significantly. I Thank her so much for providing these routines.

    Ok i visited her channel 4 days ago and was doing this continuously and I can see the results my belly is a bit inside now I don't feel bloated and it really helped me to loss inches and stress you can definately try this and one more thing that i didn't followed and diet but yes i ate lesser than everyday and drink alot of water

    I did 3 workouts for 1 whole week. I can feel now the difference. I'm so excited after a month. I minimize my rice part in my meal to lose some weight. Flat stomach, can't wait to have you!!!

    1st day and i am glad that i am able to be with her till the last ,ofcorse with one or two breaks,but it was worth taking them
    i will continue this workout to see the results
    and update on very first day of each week

    Hi Akshaya, i have been doing your PCOS videos and really enjoy them a lot as they are not tiring for the body. I did this video today(part 1) and just wanted to let you know that somewhere between 36 minutes to 45 minutes, the video just plays music and your instructions are not audible. It would be nice to have the instructions to listen to while one holds the pose or does the exercise. Thanks for the great work you do. With the help of your videos, i have got my husband to do two days of yoga as well and he enjoys it too.

    Mam u r soooo beutiful and ur voice is sooo soothing 🥺✨and the way u teach us is underated🥺✨ mam thanks alott for this yogas I practiced ur healing yoga series for a 1 week and due to some issues in can't do yoga for a few days but after some days I got my periods and now I'm soo happy and came to start the weight loss series 🥺✨and i did the part 1 and I'm searching for the more parts but it's not here ... Mam plz make more videos on this helpful topics really really appreciate ... Appreciate ur work ✨🥺and u r the best yoga teacher ever ♥️😍 and i only follow u the way u teach ahhhhh soo peaceful .... Actually mam I'm sooo weak I can't do any exercises on a daily bases cause of my weakness I have a lot of deficiency of vitamins and minerals .. but when I start to doing ur yogas I feel hard but I feel sooo peace and my Tommy issue also gone after starting yoga 😍love u love u love u ....     Dear Akshaya, i know this is your old video,but i follow part 1 and 2 both.in this video u missed music. because of that i am not enjoying this video as part 1..requesting you to please add some music.so i dont force myself to play this,i will happy do it.

      Hello, Yoga videos are usually done with focus and mindfulness. I and most people prefer low to no music for inward retreat. Only cardio and strength workouts needs music and push.

    I like your flows. Really appreciate the work you put in. I would like to point out some names of asanas I think is incorrect. Like you are saying Chaturanga for Ashtanga. Similarly for Trilokanasana u r saying trikosana. Just observed these few glitches. Please post more videos. Really wonderful flows.❤

      Thank you! 🤍🤍But I am very clear with my cues and pronunciations. Ashtanga is a yoga style not an asana and triangle pose is called trikonasana not Trilokanasana. Pls google and do your research.. Appreciate it:)

      Trikonasana is what I meant, autocorrect is the culprit.😬 And ashtanga namaskar is where 8 parts of body touch the ground. Actually I am also yoga practitioner and learning, so got confused. Anyways will ask my guru. Thank you 🙏🏼

    Sis pl clear my doubt about timing and routine, i want to reduce my weight so is it ok to do yoga 6 days per week and for about 80 minutes per day ( weightloss yoga vedio plus cardio yoga vedio).
