Everest raptor makes heaps of sense. Very few people actually tow near the max load or go full off-roading. There's a heap of people who love the ranger raptor and would love the added utility of seven seats.

I checked the Ford website. After selecting a specific color, leather seats, and the touring pack (which provides a 360-degree camera and towing features), the cost came to AUD $89,399, LOL.
I prefer the Tank 500 Ultra over this, as it offers more features with premium interior than this for AUD $74,000.

On the other hand, if you care about speed and power, then you'll want to go with the V6.

At 40thKm I had to replace ALL FOUR of the injectors on the raptor for about $3.5k. From brand new till now at 50th km, NO MAJOR issue on the LC AT ALL. The LC is SUBSTANTIALLY MORE RELIABLE but also costs 2.5x to buy. I still enjoy both. Everyone can draw their own conclusions😂

Just cancelled my prado VX and booked Everest Tremor
New Prado is a huge disappointment with that price tag

I checked the Ford website. After selecting a specific color, leather seats, and the touring pack (which provides a 360-degree camera and towing features), the cost came to AUD $89,399, LOL.
I prefer the Tank 500 Ultra over this, as it offers more features with premium interior than this for AUD $74,000.

Mate you would need to compare more of a like for like. Add $1500 to the T500 as it does not have a tow hitch nor brake controller standard. Then add $2000 for similar offroad AT tyres. Now it's $77k vs $89k and a matter of personal styling preferences/ requirements. I personally don't find the T500 styling very appealing and dont particulary want a mobile massage parlour nor observatory (sunroof and starlights on dash) and would therefore not consider buying one. Either way it's a lot of money so you need to be happy with own purchase decision.

@@neilstewart5060 i am not into offroading at all n not in towing so tank will work for me😊 now u will be like whats the point of buying tank then : The whole point of buying the Tank 500 Ultra is the luxury I am getting with so many features for just over 70k AUD. If I search the market for a 7 seater car that offers this many luxuries, the price will easily cross 100k AUD. So, for value for money, the Tank 500 Ultra is the best choice for me, I saved 25-35k Upfront compared to a 100K+ car offering these many features.😊

The fact that they don't sell this in America is insane. Toyota still sells an absolute crap ton of 4Runners here every year and there's no real competitor, other than the nee Land Cruiser that they also sell (which is a different price bracket).
There is the Bronco and the Wrangler, but those are more for just extreme rock crawling, not really for overlanding, camping, etc.
I've been wishing that Chevy would make an SUV based on the Colorado ZR2, but this would also be amazing.
