Hello JC just got my Fixur6 flusher yesterday and got it installed. I am amazed at the crud and scale that came out of the cooler. I built a flusher to attach to your tool that uses water and air pressure to backflush. I did this four or five times and was still getting a little bit of crud on the last flush. We then flushed the cooling system with Ford VC9 and refilled the system with Distilled Water and Ford Gold coolant. My oil temps have dropped about 4 deg. So we will see how it does pulling the travel trailer over the mountain's I suspect I will have to back flush again to try to get more stuff out of the cooler. I am impressed by your design of this tool, it is well thought out and designed and works great on these engines. Your recommendation on the little bit ratchet from Amazon worked great. Amazon also had the same ratchet with a flex head and I bought it also and found it to be a little better than the fixed head due to being a little bit longer with more leverage, The screws holding the cover were very tight on my truck. Just bought mine today. I'm still running original oil cooler and head gaskets on my 2003 6.0 PSD. Haven't experienced any off the 6.0 PSD issues that they are known for. Can't wait to put this on, back flush and see what comes out
They sell at auto zone the little Titan ratchet with box of diff torx bits like 12doll more or less got mine back in December just now installing it and it was tight allen wrench first but it comes rite off my part was a lil scored up like where bolts go in not level hate to complain but other that looks good finger crossed. 👍🏻👍🏻
Ahh Man i love the craftsmanship...i have about 153000 on my excursion its been very well maintained ..all sudden my eot is runnin225 ect 190 degi.....do yo u suggest any vc9 or i hear clr thru it?..I just Purchased Your kit alnd the wrench the elbows All i need is a Prayer now it works i..i just changed the anti freeze 1000miels ago and it has had a sinister coolant filter on it for ever im studded and run mild tune but usually just cruise haul tools Thankx for any help boy like se a vid getn that bich screw out.
Before putting any chemicals in I'd try a backflush or 2 with water and compressed air. The combination should be able to clear our most blockages. As for a video removing the back bolt it would probably be deleted for all the salty language. Just take your time and keep telling yourself that it only has to be installed once!

I purchased it on eBay it shows that it was shipped I don't know if it's direct from you or a distributor with an expected delivery on Friday
