Alchemize your Energy Vinyasa Flow (Dancy)

Thank you for considering moving with me :-)
I love this one so much, I filmed the second half 2 EXTRA TIMES because my phone decided to mess w/ me and stop recording twice. I was determined to share this one with you & the world so here you are.
This practice will be fluid, dancy & stretchy w/ some strength & balance weaved in there.
We come in with the intention of moving the energy that is inside of us in an experiential way -- expectation-FREE. :P
Prepare to have fun, turn off the world around you, & playfully immerse yourself in this 30 min practice with an open heart & mind.

You are amazing but I get so frustrated during this because the transitions and language do not come natural to me. I’m like yooooo how did you end up there. I gotta get used to your style & I will 🫡as for now I’m deep in the process feeling all of the grrrrrrrrrrrrrs
