Indian Scout Front and Rear Brake Pads

It is finally time to do some long overdue maintenance on my #indianscoutsixty
Today, we are changing out the rear and front #brakepads. The original set has 50,000 miles on them!!!!!
You can pretty much get the Pads anywhere.
make sure you buy the Pads for the appropriate model years.

Nice job CDL you definately got a good amount of life out of them factory brakes, 50k miles, thats crazy! Lol
From what I read the Indian factory rears are sintered pads, I understand that they last longer but may be harder on the caliper due to heat transfer. Not sure what the fronts are, might be organic. Their site doesn't specifically say, but just from what I found while researching.

I replaced with sintered for the rear. Cheapest option. Fronts are organic. I notice the new front pads make a weird sound when applied, but they work.
