      Yoga with Kassandra , not too bad, but also quite difficult to pull off certain poses (like standing on one leg while the other is wrapped around it and your hands are also intertwinded - forgot how it.s called)..but fun nonetheless🙏🏻

    Really enjoying the challenge. But being a beginner found the transitions between poses very fast on this one. Was hard to keep up.

      Yes the transitions were very fast. I was wondering if it's because I did the 30mins full body stretch before I was a bit delayed. This morning's routine was very fast.

      I sometimes watch the video first then do the practice so I know what's coming. This one was hard for me as I can't lunge, my knees just won't hold me. And eagle... Otherwise great!

    i struggle with depression and anxiety and i've been doing the full morning yoga movement for sometime and it has helped me lots for finding some energy in the mornings, i really thank you for doing this and sharing it for free, thank you so so much

    This is my 3rd round around this challenge. The first time I did this class I wasn't able to do any of the poses properly but now I did them without any difficulty and without losing balance or shaking!! Am so grateful for everything you do kassandra

    I have so enjoyed this 10 min morning challenge! I’m now on my second month and can truly say I feel 10 years younger! , As an osteopath, I am recommending it to so many of my patients and they come back to me reporting positive feedback. Thank you so much Kassandra- I love your approach!

    The transitions are super fun on this one. Great class! I didn't think ten minutes was enough to get a nice buzz going but these eight days have proved me wrong. I still hope that you do another 30 day challenge Kassandra, with longer classes 💕.

    Yesterday, I was reminded that I can be flexible. Today, I remembered that I can be inflexible! I had to assure myself that it is ok that I am not at the same level I was when I had a full yoga practice many years ago. I am grateful for my inflexibility and my struggle with balance today because it gives me another opportunity to accept things as they are right now while also reaching for something more.     #GoodMorning this flow was challenging even for someone who practices almost daily but I loved the reminder that I am filled with creative energy and that made me change my mindset in an instant. I was totally ok with not getting into eagle pose without wobbling or not finding my Warrior 3 at all this morning. Ha, I actually found myself giggling. So though this was a challenging, creative flow, I had fun! Thank you!

      @@NyukaAmikari that's totally normal, but it doesn't matter how far you go, the point of these morning routines is to get more limber for the day ahead. Where that is for you will depend on so many factors, there is no point in comparing. Try to focus on how it feels, not how it looks :)

But I do agree with Laura that I would prefer more twisting and stretching in the morning. The comparison was merely to show how stiff I am in the morning and how much I need those stretches, hahah!

    The most challenging session yet. But I felt heartened after seeing a comment that said the poses came a lot easier after 3 rounds in. Just need to keep it up!

    #goodmorning - I'm still a beginner, but the more I do these practices the more I find that I'm able to do poses like chair pose and actually sink in deeper than when I first started about a month ago. My ankles are still a little wobbly in some of those poses, but they're better than when I first started. It's the little things like that that help me realize I can do this as long as I keep at it and don't let up.

    It's going a bit too fast again. Before I can even finish inhaling, you go to the next pose. I like this but sometimes it gets a little too fast and it gets a bit frustrating. :(

      I like to watch on 0.75 speed. It makes the transitions much nicer.

      You could always try playing back the video at 0.75 speed if the pace is too fast. (Click on the settings icon)

    It nearly wasn't a #goodmorning when my teen daughter interrupted me to rant about why we don't have any cereal she likes (er... hello, isolation!) But I got past that and back to my practice. Loved the balances!

    #GoodMorning. I’ve been doing the morning routine everyday. Some moves are too advanced but I’ve been able to modify and still receive the benefits. Today though was the most advanced by far and the flows were choppy and not possible to follow. I’ve enjoyed every day, but today was my least favorite.

      @@wheressnider Yes! I love doing yoga in the evening (it depends on the day, but I usually get in several short yoga routines throughout the day to help me with stiffness and neck/shoulder pains), gets me all relaxed and helps me sleep better too!

    It has been so helpful to have your 30 day yoga challenge be just 10 minutes. That is what has kept me engaged. Because truth be told, we all have 10 minutes in our day if we just commit to that. I feel encouraged and validated by you in your yoga session. However, while I am trying to pat myself on the back for doing the 10 minutes of yoga, and really have to move on with my day, I feel undermined when the video automatically goes to "you are not done yet!" pointing to the meditation video. Although I love to partake in meditation, it feels not like an invitation but disciplinary when you say it that way. Please re-record this as an invitation that is as positive and encouraging as your yoga videos. Thank you for all that you do. I am feeling so much better every day that I participate in this challenge.

    This really helped me to see how much I’ve progressed in my practice! The first time I did this challenge, I barely made it through. This time, while I was still wobbly, I somehow managed not to fall completely out of any of the balancing poses!

    8th day on my 5th round: I have let my diet fall through the roof. Was getting stretchier all the time but now my lil’ gut is in the way on some moves. Won’t let it stop me and getting diet back on track to drop the extra weight again!

    Been doing this for 8days and I can feel the difference. I also paired this with the 7day yoga and mediation and let me tell you.. even though the kids aren’t in school just yet, it has helped me to start my day better. I feel more relaxed and focused. Also, my body is starting to feel better. I’m sleeping better and my back feels better. It’s only 8 days but I’m making it a point to do this every day! Thank you so much for doing these videos. I’m not sure what I’ll do after these but I greatly appreciate all you’ve done so far! Thank you! 😊
