Will do Ken! Thank you for the recommendation! I wasn't super impressed (it wasn't bad though) with Adams so yes I will try out Gyeon bug remover. And to be fair, for the bugs that didn't come off right away, they baked in the sun for about 2 days before I got to them. Thanks again!
Thank you @@kenmylrea9587 The channel has been up for about 4 months now and I’m just getting started. Thank you for the support as it is greatly appreciated!!!
I think it should be fine Boom5hot26. Again try to knock off the bugs with the sprayer first if you can. I find the spray really softens up the dead carcass before cleaning it off. I actually like the clay mitt idea, heck I may need to try this out too! Keep the tips coming my friend!
Perfect solution to an age-old problem! I love seeing the fruit of your research Matt ... you provide me with great products / procedures in advance of caring for my GT (whenever it gets here). 🙂 By the way, you live in a gorgeous area. Canada is absolutely beautiful and her people are equally wonderful! Thanks for the education!!!!
Thanks Joe! You my friend are the reason why I keep them on coming ;). I really need to focus on the Mustang videos, take a break from the detailing ones for a week or two. I will be at a Car Show on Sunday so I plan to shoot and post it on Monday. They are figuring about 500 cars and around 20,000 people will attend. It should be a lot of fun! It is truly beautiful here but you live in a cool place too. Illinois is on my list to check out one day. Have your driven the Great Rivers National Scenic Byway? Is it worth the cruise? Starved Rock State Park looks very cool as well. AND one of my top bucket list items is to fly to Illinois, rent a mustang and drive Route 66 back to California! Have you done this cruise yet? Perhaps an idea for your new 2024 Mustang when it arrives!
@@LifeOfaMatt Matt, I can’t wait to see coverage of that car show!!! Haven’t been on Great Rivers but have heard great things about it. I was actually considering a Route 66 road trip in the Mustang. That is likely to happen…maybe next Summer! I’ll be eagerly awaiting that car show video my friend!!! 👍
I have had a lot of luck using the orange 3D bug remover and then following up about 60 seconds after with the pressure washer using a 15° nozzle. If you keep some distance, it’s safe and works great.
Nice but you are brave man to be using a 15 degree nozzle. I'm sure it is fine but I try to be extra cautious when it comes my rides. Thanks again for the recommendation.
Thanks you Arthur from the Philippines!! Yeah it’s a new channel so all the love is appreciated. And yes I will try and keep the intros fun, glad you liked it!
Oh man, I know the struggled of the trucks going past etc. at the end, so annoying! You should give the Adobe AI audio enhancer tool a go, it's pretty amazing what it can do. I run most of my piece-to-cameras through it to get better sound quality.
Hey Matt ... try Gyeon Bug & Grime spray as a comparative test. It has worked very well for me.

i may be an idiot, but i use a clay mit and detail spray to remove bugs, not sure if is bad to do this. i have not noticed any scratching.

Strips waxes be sure to re apply after
Good point Iansudduth! My car has a ceramic coat to it which it didn't appear to strip it off. I see where you are coming from with the wax though!

Just have to ask again; has the van received love?
Just a quickie wash. It needs a full rubbed down wash.
hahaha, cool your intro!
good luck to your channel.

I tried it but I am thinking of picking up either the Rode or DJI wireless mic. For close shots, the rode plug in mic works great.
Once that cRap soundtrack started, I was gone…
But it did inspire you to leave a comment! Thanks for the partial watch @mrblister95!
Annoying music
ha ha, yeah it is definetly different 🤣. Let's call it more fun than annoying 😉.
Next time I will try and pick something more subtle for you. 😁
