【Synopsis】It tells the deep love and hardship between one of the four true Gods Bai Jue and Shang Gu. With Shang Gu’s growth as basic thread, this magnificent God thrives from humble newbie to the decisive immortal which still couldn’t break the shackle of fate. I cried so hard when I was watching baijue’s sacrificial scene. I kept thinking about how this man endured everything silently and most importantly alone without any companionship for 60,000+ years. Moreover, the look on his his face, that tears, that eyes and smile that said everything “finally, it’s a relief that I have gone peacefully”.
He done all this was because of he love shnggu

I cried and laughed and proud in so many episodes 😭, all characters made me cry and laugh and anger too, this drama is roller coaster ride of emotions ❤️😭, bestest drama ever made 🥺, Xu Kai never fails to portray and give life to the character, it's shown so clearly the story even when he plays cold in later half but still that part touches our heart coz we know whatever his doing was for sake of peace in world and to get back his love and friends disciples,This drama is so beautiful ❤️, I m currently watching 44th ep, and it's striking me that after five episodes it will be done 😭, I seriously fell in love with all the characters be it male or female 🥺🥺, such talented people plus story plot, the graphics used are nearly competing the Hollywood films, great job done by on and off screen members, 👍 I hope dey bring such amazing dramas more from this talented people and entertain us in future 😭❤️ I don't know why still in China they rated it so low and made the drama almost underated by insulting leads and directors, which was totally foolish and inhumane, are they mad or what 😔, I would recommend everyone to watch this drama The Roller Coaster ride of emotions 😭❤️, with Happy ending ❤️

I had watched many emotional C dramas but i never cried by seeing them just get emotional but this drama makes me crying so many times. Try ashes of love ,love and redemption this both will also let you cry ....but ashes of love,,i didn't cry...but for this drama i cry alot when baijue back to qingmu.....and now i try love and redemption

Wow, it’s a well deserved ending for Baijue for his past of betraying boucii and abandoning her with their soon to be born son. And now, after 60,000 years Baijue wants to reconcile and be with shangu. But history has revealed itself and I am proud that shangu character as a woman is portrayed strong and independent with respect in letting Baijue know of his past action has led to his now fatal and heartbreaking journey. Baijue proved his hatred and greed with a divorce letter so that’s the trigger point lol of no turning back now loser!!
Hey he did it because of saving world and his love. He is not selfish, he sacrificed himself, at last and still got recarnated only for his frnds n family. He was cold to shangu or houchi or his frnd tianqi, because he wanted to keep her and him safe since the devil Wuhan was silently planning to become powerful and bad to the world. There's no point in Ur view in this is my opinion and many of them too, idk why do u hate his. Character 🥺
It’s not well deserved at all. Remember Shanggu needed to die in order to heal the world & prevent the three realms from being destroyed but Baijue gave her the bracelet which kept her spirit alive which went against the natural order creating the calamity that was Wu Huan. In the end whether it was 100,000 or 1,000,000 years, a true God had to die in order to protect the three realms from total collapse.
How cruel would it have been to have nurtured Shanggu and his love knowing he was going to sacrifice his life & their love all for her so she could live. Shanggu would not be able to live well at least if she hates him she can go on. His love was selfishly wanting the woman he loves to live. Everything that happened to Houci since Bai Jues return was because she was weak , because he knew they were outmatched by Wu Huan he had to be indifferent & heartless to her in order to protect her and their son.
I haven't watched the drama so can anyone please explain why did he marry the other woman......i mean ....was there any specific reason.....
