That certainly is one of the better "Karma drama"! I really don't understand why they don't use the chinese names in the translation! To call a prime minister in ancient China Raymond is ridiculous!
Maybe the auto translation software can’t translate names to an English word?
Because the translation is in English so they use English names as well. The translation is meant for those that don't know the language so they match the names the same way.
I don't agree. Some names in other drama are translated the right way.

This is an okay version of the rebirth/revenge story. It's a satisfactory vengeance.

This is a very good, slightly comical “Reborn/revenge-plot”-story with good actors and an interesting storyline - despite the exaggerated acting at times. I loved this (not overly) strong/capable/smart FL (my favorite kind) and clever/cunning/powerful ML but I would have liked a little more romance. I admit that I truly enjoyed this one.
SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!!
FL, the legitimate daughter of the Marquis, is tortured and killed by her husband (2ML) of three years and her younger female cousin (2FL). The two of them had been having an affair for years and even had a child, despite 2ML claiming to be impotent and not able to consummate the marriage. Now that FL has used most of her dowry supporting her scumbag husband, he no longer needs her so 2FL has a doctor steal FL’s face in order for her to take over her identity. Before FL dies, 2FL even tells her that they are in fact half-sisters since FL’s father had been having an affair with 2FL’ mother for years, ending in her killing FL’s mother in order for her to marry their father. And she even admits to having taken the identity as 2ML’s savior from FL. FL dies regretting trusting the wrong people.
Luckily, FL is reborn on the day she got engaged to 2ML but also the day 2ML and 2FL started their affair during 2ML’s young, unmarried uncle’s (ML) funeral. This time around, FL is adamant in saving her mother, not making the same mistakes and taking revenge on those who hurt her, starting with exposing 2ML’s affair. But canceling a marriage by royal decree isn’t that easy, so in order to avoid the marriage or marrying the only other suitable, living male member of 2ML’s family - a man said to be a lecherer - FL demands to marry the dead uncle (ML). Seeing how this is a great favor to 2ML’s family, both families agree.
Although she manages to change her fate, things get complicated as she starts dealing with the people that hurt her in her first life - and keeps running into a mysterious man (ML) whom she can’t quite figure out who is.
Well, not spoiling too much, this has a happy ending.

That's typical behavior of the antagonist that has no self control, not insightful, lack true intelligence, and are very insecure. These writers couldn't write their way out of their own home. She looks so immature coming to gloat in face in the rain like a bully, which is exactly what the girl is. There is a difference between taunting with the purpose of getting a desired reaction and gloating to show off.

These are romances/D.I.D. first and foremost with everything else as secondary. The trope and plots comes before the characters. Revenge is sinister and it seeks to destroy everything including the one seeking it; because it's born out of pure unadulterated darkness.
