I think Xu Kai’s many roles are admirable by other viewers but This time I’m convinced that this role was made for him. It suits his temperament and personality.

This was the best drama this year !!!it was real adult grown love it was directed well. it was intimate it makes sense and the characters grew as a story progress
This year modern cdramas are so good. I can't believe I rewatch this everywhere I find it. It has topped modern list for me. The dialogue made much more sense than I could have imagined.

People also liked Ancient Love Poetry and Story of Yanxi Palace… I have not seen them but I’ve watched Royal Feast and Court Lady 😍😍
This movie is just so lovely and I was totally moved by it. A real honest to goodness love story! The actors and the chemistry, even when they went through their hard times, the great love that they had for one another never strayed and they knew that they would see each other again. They just had to past the growing pains. This movie is definitely of an elite ranking. This without a doubt ranks 5 Stars+++++

@@MK916Editz I had stopped at episode 17. It was moving very slow, and the leads were barely getting screen time due to the subplots. Hopefully the pace picks up once they start dating.I also got distracted cause I started watching The Double on Netflix which moves much faster haha.
@@yoh1703 You sorta stopped before the main leads had more interactions. Her birthday scene was at the end of E22 and they didn’t get together officially until E24. And their intense breakup scene (which I watched a few times bc it’s so good) was in E31.

I'm super in love 💖 with the story of Han Ting and Ji Xing in reel life that i wish it will come true in real life 😊 i would feel jealous if ever they would not end up together 😢 I've always enjoyed TSY portrayal in Go Ahead and My Own Master.. my first time to watch XK and I'm loving his chemistry with TSY... Searched his other dramas but in my honest personal opinion his tandem with TSY, feelings seemed realistic even in the variety show and interviews they had alho it may be that they're just too good as actors that the lines between the reel and real are so blurred And indistinguishable 😊 Been looking for the links of TSY's So Long For Love but maybe its not available in RUclips... Im happily surprised as well that TSY accepted the role for August Never Ends which I think placed her not as the Main Female lead but it demonstrates she is not adverse to taking on roles that she may not be the highlight but definitely a challenging one as well. It somwhat gave the vibes of the film My Best Friend's Wedding of Julia Roberts altho in a different way 😊 All in all, As Beautiful As You with Tan Song Yun and XuKai certainly is one for the books 😊❤

I've always enjoyed TSY portrayal in Go Ahead and My Own Master.. my first time to watch XK and I'm loving his chemistry with TSY... Searched his other dramas but in my honest personal opinion his tandem with TSY, feelings seemed realistic even in the variety show and interviews they had alho it may be that they're just too good as actors that the lines between the reel and real are so blurred And indistinguishable 😊
Been looking for the links of TSY's So Long For Love but maybe its not available in RUclips... Im happily surprised as well that TSY accepted the role for August Never Ends which I think placed her not as the Main Female lead but it demonstrates she is not adverse to taking on roles that she may not be the highlight but definitely a challenging one as well. It somwhat gave the vibes of the film My Best Friend's Wedding of Julia Roberts altho in a different way 😊
