If you’re into only modern dramas, add She and Her Perfect Husband ( Xu Kai and Yang Mi )… if you like costume drama watch Wonderland of Love ( Xu Kai and Jing Tian … they won most charming couple award for this drama … best Cup of 2023 … the chemistry was on fire #SoSweet )…. People also liked Ancient Love Poetry and Story of Yanxi Palace… I have not seen them but I’ve watched Royal Feast and Court Lady 😍😍

I've always enjoyed TSY portrayal in Go Ahead and My Own Master.. my first time to watch XK and I'm loving his chemistry with TSY... Searched his other dramas but in my honest personal opinion his tandem with TSY, feelings seemed realistic even in the variety show and interviews they had alho it may be that they're just too good as actors that the lines between the reel and real are so blurred And indistinguishable 😊
Been looking for the links of TSY's So Long For Love but maybe its not available in RUclips... Im happily surprised as well that TSY accepted the role for August Never Ends which I think placed her not as the Main Female lead but it demonstrates she is not adverse to taking on roles that she may not be the highlight but definitely a challenging one as well. It somwhat gave the vibes of the film My Best Friend's Wedding of Julia Roberts altho in a different way 😊

I’m curious which episode you had stop watching? I know the first half of the drama can be a slow burn romance.
@@MK916Editz I had stopped at episode 17. It was moving very slow, and the leads were barely getting screen time due to the subplots. Hopefully the pace picks up once they start dating.I also got distracted cause I started watching The Double on Netflix which moves much faster haha.
@@yoh1703 You sorta stopped before the main leads had more interactions. Her birthday scene was at the end of E22 and they didn’t get together officially until E24. And their intense breakup scene (which I watched a few times bc it’s so good) was in E31.

Anyway, spoiler alert !! this drama have so many dramas and conflicts in it! It's like it's generally compiled all of those dramas trope with many sad and happy moments in this whole drama! But what's more unexpected is, the ending got me really emotional eventho i know it's happy ending but the fact that the last scene, it shows the truth of reality😢 I'd rather like to see this drama end with their happy moments after marriage only😢

Han Ting’s background story is aloof, sad from childhood, high expectations from family (especially grandpa), little or no chance to make choices for himself.
I watched this and he exhibited other emotions. He laughed, he cried, he sneered, he smirked, he had a deadpan expression…he looked sick, he looked lovelorn etc…. Please stop hating on Xu Kai. It doesn’t look good on you 😘
