    Loved it so much! You were right- definitely restorative and felt like a “reset.” I ended up putting my ball near my collarbone during the child’s pose and it helped created more length in my back and neck!

      @@trifectapilates In the upper ab curl near the start of the routine when teh ball is underneath the upper back, what is supposed to happen with the lower back? Does it curl along with the upper back, or is it supposed to stay more natural curves while just the upper body moves?
