Let's be strait, we cannot fully decide which truck is better with this single test only. We would need to test them further with more tests of different scenarios. Like which one is better at crossing a river, or which one is better at driving in mud, etc. I just don't believe we can determine a truck's capability with just one test, so you should consider making another video to test these vehicles further.
I'm a bit surprised the fleetstar lost that. still a great truck, very underrated.
Great video, thanks for the tire tips. My gmc is my fuel truck and my fleetstar is my work horse, i might try switching roles, though I love my International.
I was putting the gmc through the paces even before the 4x4 upgrade and that truck was impressive even then as long as you had good tires and diff lock you could go just about any ware and the winch took care of the rest . Now with the 4x4 option I find myself using the truck a lot over the other ones available, plus that Detroit sound is awesome 😎 screaming jimmy all the way 😋
Never had problems with tipping fleetstar either both great trucks!

Can count the number of times I've flipped the Fleetstar on one hand. And one of those was only because I was stupid enough to try and take it down the central ridge on Smithville with a van addon.

Thanks! Going for speed in the drowned lands created some issues for me. Would be nice if they added some bigger tire options to match up with higher performance trucks.

I'm actually doing a GM only run. So that's gives me access to the C/K1500, Apache, Brigadier, and the Kodiak. Rumor is the GMC 8000 is coming in phase 4 and in real life it is a significantly more powerful truck than the Brigadier so I may be retiring the Kodiak as my back up truck and using the Brigadier as my main. But who knows.
Thanks. I don't like to drive the International Scout & FleetStar cuz they mounted the Leaf springs wrong. They also completely forgot the to add the Chevy scouts front coils springs.
I think if they have upgrades like some large mud tires and Diff lock+AWD GMC will beat Fleetstar.
I also think GMC engines are superior to International.
GMC is an impressive machine and their pickups are also overkill.

Sorry for late comment, but Chevy Kodiak should be a scout. The Ford F750 is a big single-rear axle truck, but is considered a scout. The Kodiak, though much longer, is still a small little guy compared to the other “Heavy Duty” class trucks. Can’t even have crane+bed, which ford can with its single-slot bed.
