No doubt, i'm playing a whole game with the Transtar. What a challenge :)
Its gonna be surprisingly fun..until you reach Taymir. I've started playing it for the first 2 regions and as soon it you have the All-terrain tires it starts pulling its own weight even embarrassing some more capable trucks. Check my video on it, you'll get an idea.

i got stuck in a tiny little puddle with the transtar
I was playing on a mod map that actually uses mainly highway roads. There was a hill I tested a few trucks on by pulling a heavy fuel, special mission trailer up, and the transtar was the only one of around 6 trucks total that actually stayed in 4th gear on an offroad gearbox all the way up.
If you find roads that are either asphalt or dirt, it is a powerful truck that can do suprisingly well with seemingly impossible loads
I am completely shocked by the Fleetstar, I’m curious which tires you used on it for this competition. The Paystar 5600TS is my favorite, now if I can just remember where the hell I parked it... 🤔

i love fleetstar...and I think it is also more stable than paystar 5070
besides the Transtar, I do like all Internationals very much. My favorite non-heavy trucks from US. Both paystars (yeah the 5600 is heavy, but is versitile like offorad), the new HX520, the Loadstar makes a great scout and the fleetstar did most of the Michigan missions with me
I've been using the transtar and the ford 9000 for some of the alaska road missions. They are quite good at that. It makes a nice challenge too to use them.
Good use of winch and maintaining momentum is key with these lil' cuties 😎
Yeah i really like using the two American cabovers. They're powerful semi haulers, and on Alaska it makes for a fun challenge at times. If they get too bogged down to be winched out, I bring out my C70 wrecker to help haul them out

In real life loadstar is a medium duty truck (and thanks god there are tweak mods)

Paystar 5070 wrong tires "MHS I" is worst - "OHD I" - better, according to the tire table
You're comparing two different categories. MHS are mudtires, while OHD are off-road tires. In mud and snow, the MHS are clearly superior to the OHD.

@@akronos251, you're correct. Was that updated recently, though? I remember the difference in mud rating being bigger.
@@FirebonE_88 I don't know, I was just like you thought that MHS I better tires, found table tires ( docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ehuLHwbmA5ktr0ZC_gv52H3fkz3qxJY_i_uS7Gh0xRU/edit#gid=0) and started comparing which tires are better.
so in general, I advise everyone to read this table, because the game does not have enough data on tires
@@akronos251, I use this table for reference, too. It's from Maprunner.com. I think the paramaters on the OHD 1 changed recently, with the Phase 3, because I remember the MSH 1 having clearly better mud rating than them. Anyway, thanks for pointing it out! Time to do some tire changes on some of my trucks.
What about international loadstar1700 and the international scout ? If this is a video about the best international truck in game
I think those are considered scouts, and would be a different category. He could do a separate video for those two but the loadstar would win for sure, as much as I love the Scout 800

6:52 oh god if there was damage to the driver in this game the poor human aboard the Transtar wouldn’t have survived all these head traumas.
I feel bad for the Transtar in tests like these. It does so poorly in a lot of things, but what it can do, it almost excels at. And compared to its weight, it has one of the highest powers of them all.

The 5600ts became my go-to when I saw crane + 3-cargo side-bed + trailer...no other truck in the game allows that.

Is it me or is the bottom half of the video low quality
Paystar did that bad cuz this is outdated, the best tires for the paystar are wither the ohds, or the ohs 2s, these have way better mud grip then the mud tires essentially, dont look at the class, look at the tread of the tire
