"Hey, team, welcome back to Kinetic U. Now we're going to go over the waiter walks.
With this one, you're going to pick up the kettle ball with a nice firm grip. Get the kettle ball in position with the elbow in line with the shoulder and out about 45 degrees. From there, maintain a nice tall spine and a smile on your face. Go for a walk.
Just like that. Have fun with that one and be kinetic."
