Abductor Longus 2.) Vastus Medialis 3.) Sarterius ... please correct me if im wrong with this parts ...need your help and advice to strengthen my LEgs so it will become normal in size again

Before we talk about how to strengthen your left leg -- its important to first discover what is causing your point and muscle atrophy. Giving what you are telling me, I think it would be prudent for you to go see your Doctor. Or, if you are in the Seattle or Portand area, to come see us. Did you do heel drop exactly how he is showing it ? I just found out on the internet that heel drop with raising your body higher then drop down on surface of heel to help prevent osteoporosis . Is this the one that you did?
Doing heel exercises damaged your vestibular system? Were you using your ears, I don't get how that could work. Overstretching a tendon or pulling a muscle in the hamstrings would be more likely if you do it with proper form and are overweight since it puts quite a bit of tension on those, especially if you get your height too high.
I suck at these I added them to my workout routine hopefully with practice and time I'll be able to do them right. But thanks for the tips.

@@dmt472 yes the force of the drops shook things up. my chiro has seen this happen to many pf his patients
