I Hear You Saying, Back Home They Utilize The Wooden Mortar and Pestle...But, Here In The Diaspora, It Is Not An Option!....That Is What I Naturally Assumed Too! The Logistics Of Freighting That Heavy Wooden Mortar etc. Then, I Was Invited To A Ghanaian Shindig Some Years Ago, In Florida! My Neighbors 2 Houses Away, Were Surprised To Know I Was Ghanaian...So I Was Invited Over To Dinner...And To My Surprise, There Was The Lovely Lady, Deftly Turning The Fufu, Whilst Her Husband The Host, Used The Pestle!! I Was Blown Away!...They Went Through All That...Cos, The Lovely Hostess Said: "We Have To Feed You Some Real Fufu...You're Too Skinny"!! God Bless Them! Be Well!
