    I enjoyed this flavorful peanut butter soup with steamed cabbage and it was out of this world! In Ghana, peanut butter soup is served with a variety of side dishes that are mainly a cooked starch such as rice, fufu, konkonte (captured in this video), yams, rice balls, etc!
    INGREDIENTS:
    *3 cups roasted peanut butter (freshly ground for best results)
    *2 medium tomatoes
    *2 medium onions (chop one finely and blend other with peanut butter and tomatoes)
    *Meat of choice (2 pounds)
    *For marinade: (2 red baby bell peppers, 4 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup parsley, 2 habanero Chilis, 1/5 cup of dry shrimps, and thumb size fresh ginger=15g, 1/4 teaspoon of aniseed and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper corns, add 150 ml water to blend)
    * 1 heaping tablespoonful of tomato paste
    * salt to season

    I'd been wanting to try this for a long time. Would love to experience the real flavor profile with those beautiful peppers and tomatoes but had to modify for special diets: no peanuts or nightshades!! Used cashew butter, replaced toms with beet and nopalitos, kicked up the ginger and black pepper a lot and added some sichuan pepper toward the end for heat. It was milder than we'd have liked but OH, so-ooo delicious!! Thank you!! Eager to try more recipes.

So i would leave out dried fish and okro. Using oxtail, or hen. Tx for tip or roasting p-nut butter if out of African. Makes huge difference
