I had this soup at my Ghanian friend's place when invited, it was too good that I am here to see how I can cook it myself! Loved the video, I hope the Ghanian soup I make will be good! Love from Asia n Pakistan!
Leaving for Ghana next week and I’m looking forward to the cuisine. My son-in-law, who is from Accra, is a chef and makes “Peanut Butter Goat. I have never really liked spicy food, but Ghanaians are so hospitable and accommodating they always take care of me. I’m looking forward to making him an authentic Ghanaian dish! Thank you Ndudu.
I bought Star anise instead of aniseed, I thought they were the same... but I did not regret it. Flavour ins fusion Fafa! Flavour inspired. Pls don’t stop cooking.
I love groundnut my stepdad grew up in Nigeria and he always pulled groundnut stew out at gatherings and partys it's such a crowd pleaser . Beautiful woman and beautiful food .
my favourite soup ever, im glad u didn't add any parsley or cilantro.. just the natural Ghanaian spices . Deliciousness,, i will be trying that rabbit. lol
Rabbit can be a very dry meat, so this would be a perfect recipe for rabbit. I made Kentucky Fried Rabbit one time, it was very dry, soup or a stew is the way to go.
fafa u are a lifesaver ..please get the local names of aniseed and the other extras you add😙😙and yaaay waiting for okro stew and goat soap videos ...I love youuu
Hi, Am Gertrude in Italy 🇮🇹 a have been watching your videos it's very amazing you are too good I've been trying a lot of your food in fact it's fantastic good keep it on Fafa.
looks so tasty, gotta try that method with blending the peanut paste with tomato. I actually prefer grilled or fried meat served with fufu and groundnut soup. I usually just add some homemade chicken stock for the flavour
Hi, fufa, you are an amazing cook. I salivate whenever I watch you cook. Please what is the English name of this ana seed that you always grind with your ginger?
What's the name of the stock cube you used in the beginning of the video to marinate the chicken? I found your channel yesterday and I love it ! I look forward to trying all the recipes
Cooking the peanut before adding it to the meat....that was what i was missing..i remember my mum did something to the peanut before using it but i couldn't remember exactly😀😀😀😀🤞
Love your videos!! I have a Ghanaian friend that introduced me to (forgive because I don't know how to spell it) but it's called "sauce ah-da-she" this is the only way to help me spell it I guess lol.. but if you know what I'm talking about can you make a video on how to make it. I fell in love with it and want to learn!!
Ndudu by Fafa oh it was bomb, I only used chicken legs and I added a small amount of spiced palm oil but everything else I did the same and my boyfriend and I loved it
I wanted to make a peanut soup for dinner and what did I do? I came to see how Fafa made hers first! I never have blended the peanuts paste tomatoes and onion la before, I have a pressure cooker and dump meat, peanuts paste, a can of chopped tomatoes, some onions, salt and seasoning and of course after 15 min, it comes out bland, not bursting in flavour like yours!
+Adoma Fousseni You can use whatever herbs you have access to or omit it all together. ndudu-by-fafa.blogspot.co.uk/2015/07/Chicken-stock-recipe.html?m=1
You can use skippy but you will not get the authentic taste. Skippy has sugar, soybean oil and hydrogenated oils. I tried it but didn't like it. You will get a better taste with natural peanut butter available in all grocery stores.
welcome to Jessica and MAMA B's kitchen ... you know it’s Fafa now... she’s always trying new things and I’m convinced it’s gonna be great. I love rabbits too and I guess I’m going to try this combination
