The most authentic, original and best way of cooking Ghanaian food that I have seen. This bring too many memories. Thank you Kay for sharing these great videos.
I really love the cooking style and everything. This is a typical traditional way of making groundnut soup so natural and looking delicious ...wollop to you big man💪💖
Beautifully and deliciously done love this 😀. The fish 🐟 is called mackerel. Uncle don't forget to give us the ingredients for the spices ❤ from London
I want you to be successful, Brother. You are obviously very gifted. However, there are many things that may turn people away. Out of love I want to share these things with you so you will continue to grow and be encouraged. I the beginning of video you went from digging hand on back pocket, straight directly into handling vegetables. This is why a lot of people don’t trust folks fixing food for them. Just want you to know so that you can be careful about things in future. I pray for your continued growth, success and good reputation in future.
Boys boys cooking paa oo, I miss those days, more respect bro, but pls try to add your ingredient measurements ,it will help new beginners alot bro. Make God help you make am bro, I dey feel ur vibe💥💥

Could you recommend a vegetarian/ vegan alternative? I do eat meat and have had ground nut soup with chicken and fu fu before, cooked by my Ghanaian boyfriend. But I have friends that are vegan and vegetarian and I would love to share this delicious dish with them.
This man looks so calm and respectful. I like his commentary or the voice over . No faking. We like it raw . Big up bro Kay 👌👌👌
