I remember my bachelor days I used to cook this every weekend for the week and eat a bit every evening. I use part of my abenkwan to prepare this. I grind my roasted corn together with the beans and use it for my aparansa very delicious and healthy. I love the way your kids watch you while cooking its good training for them.
Some great memory. I usually grind the roasted corn together with the beans also but i intentionally did it this way to distract the kids 😂😂😂 They really like beans so if they see it in the food, so far as its beans they don't care about the food they are eating and just eat

I get you because you've not stayed in a village before so you are thinking about mould. He does everything indigenous so we don't need a polished kitchen. The mould are not in the food.
