    I wish my mum could meet you...you are angelic. My mum used to sell kenkey- 1000 balls a week until she became disabled. You make it exactly the way she used to. I have tears in my eyes now. Blessings to you.

      Ayeeee twiiii kakra but it's hard not soft when ready cause the corn used must be more than 3 days we'll like a powder and also u must put water on fire to be hot before adding the mixture of corn dough and water to make the Aflata just try it that way

    I've been watching kenkey recipes recently and yours is excellent very quick and understandable. My husband was from Ghana and taught me somewhat how to make it. I even fermented the corn flour for three or 4 days but I didn't know about three part separation so I spent a long time cooking and stirring and wrapping it up another thing he didn't teach was how to use the corn husks which is very easy to find here in New York so when I make it again I'll be so happy using the information from your video. Loved this thank you my kids will be so happy they love it with shito which I make also.

    Sweet Adjeley good evening. Indeed I am so so blessed to be following you. I love cooking and I must say meeting you has enhanced my cooking skills. I try your recipes everytime.
    Today i prepared my first kenkey ever. I had earlier followed your recipe in preparing the dough and leaving mine to ferment between the period of 7 to 10 days.
    And this is from my husband who is a Ga. He gave me 300% and he said I should say 'Thank you're on his behalf... he ate 3 balls today ooo. The kenkey came out perfect.
    I love you and the work you do. As a career woman, wife and mother like you, it's not easy but my love and passion for cooking makes me love your cooking more.

    @Sweet Adjeley you just took me down memory lane so fascinating this delicacy ; I am South Sudanese and this reminded me of a similar food my grandma used to make; difference is ours is made out of fresh corn 🌽, ground into very smooth paste , then wrapped with husks first then banana leaves , then boiled just like you did. It was delicious 😋, I am so curious of the taste of this Ghanaian one .

    Wow...Ga kenkey with kpakpo shito and red fish/pork is my favorite meal and to my amusement I don't even know how to prepare it though I enjoy it so so much 🥰. This is somehow funny right, God bless you for your good works 🙏. I will definitely try this on my own one-day
