Yes, Opalite is entirely translucent and has no flash of any sort, actual OPAL usually has several flashes/reflections of different colors depending on light angles, some are clear and some aren't Even then though there are man made opals, but they don't look like that
Im guessing this is not quite a gas station but a highway gift shop. You see these things in the Midwest a lot, and they’re specific to whatever small town they represent.
I mean it’s a “gas station” what do you expect really? I mean sure the quality could have been a little better on some but they’re not gonna have $1k crystals for sale at a “GAS STATION”
Well I'd like to know where this gas station is, lol. I'm glad they did say that "opal"was manmade. It's just glass Then there are "Andara crystals" which again are just glass. I see sellers on Etsy slinging that crap for $300-400+ for a small piece! But hey, people can spend their cash on whatever they want, but it pisses me off that these sellers aren't being truthful, scamming buyers into believing that they're real crystals with amazing healing powers. Anyone looking to buy crystals whether a beginner or not, please educate yourselves on what you're buying. I love crystals and have been collecting for almost 25 years and plan on becoming a merchant in the near future, and even with my experience, if something feels off or I don't know about a certain crystal, I'll look into it before purchasing. ❤

Yeah well when you find Ben's like this remember one thing the guy who was selling them buys them at 10 a pound... So you buy let's say two stones at 10 bucks a piece... The gas station is already made all their money back * 100 and the rest of the stones in these bins are all free to him
What kind of gas stations are you going to?
Fr. I never get to buy crystals in public at all. She needs to tell us what state she lives in. ❤
@@Hadbelle Pretty sure they’re in China lol
Steven univers ahh gas station😂
There's a handful here in utah that have a good variety of gems. Usually in the small towns where you have to stop for fuel while traveling

the first one is opalite
Absolutely.

Opal ≠ Opalite. Opal is a crystal, while Opalite is just very pretty glass, pretty much.

Larimar? At a gas station?
Naur, that's prolly glassimar.
Fake larimar is quite easy to spot; this is the real deal. Though this is 100% not a gas station.
@@embryjirak3426some touristy gas station will have interesting shops attached. There’s a gas station in South Dakota with an antique store

While you're right the first one is manmade its called OPALITE. Not opal.
You lost me when you said it’s radiates energy
Meanwhile saying this on a device that avails itself of the power of quartz to hold information.

Larimar is naturally found in a specific location
But it was named after a combination of the word ocean in spanish and a woman's name
