Spectacular house. Better to be keyhole shaped, than shaped like an a... Never mind.
The only thing that bugs me, and it's a big thing for me, are the utility poles and wires running alongside the property and through the neighborhood. At this price point, I feel they should be underground. I think this is the first property you've reviewed where they are visible, or at least so prominent.
I believe in parts of Los Angeles you can pay the city about $20000 a pole to move them underground…. Great observation… I missed it…. This is why it’s so important for the followers to write there comments…. I want this channel to be a full guide to every house … and I can’t do it without your contribution… thanks Stan
I remember watching a video about 8408 Hillside Ave. in the Hollywood Hills where the developer did this. Between contractor fees and payment to the LADWP I think it cost $1mil+ - definitely worth it though, the view from that property is amazing!
@@pyualifestyle9450 That is my favorite and ideal house. Wide, unobstructed cityscape views, lots of garage parking. I think they paid $2m to bury the lines.
@@pyualifestyle9450I think he bought the air rights over the property in front of him also so they can never build anything higher than what is there. Plus the developer/builder is the one who said they spent $1 million which means they probably only spent $200,000 if that.
Right off the bat before I watch this video I have to say WTF🫨 $40 million for a home with zero view in Brentwood - pure insanity - oops, I meant blind greed!

is there a specific reason why there's a significant amount of people selling in this part of town?
A $40million home {over $3,000 per square foot which is more than 2x the neighborhood average of $1,200 / sqft} with 5 bedrooms, 13,000sqft built ONLY on a half acre lot surrounded by neighbors in every corner... Naah... It is miles and miles and even more miles away from perfect.
I agree on the lot size … is definitely on the smaller size for the park but new construction 🚧 gets way higher than average price per sqft example will be Tom Brady just paid $37M for a new construction in the park … but - better question is why didn’t he buy this ?
@@ArvinHaddadOfficial Well I think you've already answered your question... Some people like myself do very much prefer the looks and feels of the "New Constructions" and would rather pay higher for those than these classic homes, especially if the new homes spot a modern design... Personally, I like a blend of both worlds, that is ;- a contemporary/ modern home with a bit of some classic character. Lol😎
