This is my dream home, I have to say I've been watching these expensive mansions tours for fun for over 2 years and (if I ever had this kind of money) this would be so perfect for my family, I love pretty much everything and would do very minor changes, but this is by far the most well fitted house for our family I've seen in years

Excellent video. You are right on point about his living walls. When I see it, all I can think of is that’s another person I have to hire to take care of that wall. It’s not needed at this property. If you were on a lot with no yard surrounded by concrete a living wall would be fantastic but not when your entire yard is a jungle.

I was thinking about Brentwood Country Estates12700 Chalon Rd that is a guard-gated community you can't access that area without any appointment. There is no view of down town La city but you have a huge privacy on your property.
I think Ramtin house has to much wood in the ceiling and walls and too many angles in the inside and outside design the central view in the bedroom is block.. I like the open design and the quality of the material used.
Interesting that you can get better deals from developers than private sellers, but it makes sense. Developers are starting from a low baseline when building a spec property, and they're usually pragmatic business people, so they know when they should sell rather than paying the carrying costs until they go into the red. A private home seller is thinking about what they bought it for, and they are emotionally tied to it.

You aren’t listening. On half of these videos he is already giving you hints to their true value, especially when he talks about a comp. If you wanna know exactly how much it’s worth you’re gonna have to be a client first.
@@jamielancaster01 I am listening but having a wish and saying that he should give an exact price are not contradictory! I know as he replied that he holds his cost assessment and rightfully so for his private clients. His likes and dislikes do not give a price unless you have solid real estate assessor experience, know the neighborhood or other intellectual or intuitive skill set(s). In this review, my opinion is that his likes makes me agree with the current price minus market conditions and supersedes the dislikes but I respect your opinion.

Lol, but without the everlasting fame of building classic designs.
His houses don't sell because they are all way "TOO BUSY" and tacky. Everywhere you turn, all you see is LINES, and PATTERNS which actually become exhausting.... This is the problem with his designs. His last 3 builds have sat on the market forever.
