Flaws Exposed: Enes Yilmazer $139M Mansion Tour's | Disastrous Debt

- Опубликовано: 4 апр 2024
- Dive into an in-depth reaction to Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour of a staggering $139M property nestled in the heart of Bel Air, Los Angeles. While Enes Yilmazer, with his keen eye for luxury and detail, offers viewers an unparalleled glimpse into this architectural marvel, there remains a story untold, one of lingering questions and hidden flaws that may just be the key to its puzzling status on the market. Despite spending over two years since completion without a buyer, and enduring over 400 days listed on the MLS, Enes Yilmazer's mansion tour presents this property in all its glory, yet it’s these very imperfections that we delve into today.
Reacting to Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour, I aim to shed light on aspects that Enes Yilmazer might not have focused on-specifically, the potential flaws and drawbacks that could deter prospective buyers. While Enes Yilmazer leads us through this magnificent Bel Air mansion, his mansion tours often celebrate the splendor without delving into the challenges that such grandiose properties might face.
In this video, we revisit the mansion tour by Enes Yilmazer, taking a critical eye to what is shown and, more importantly, what is not. The property, though bathed in luxury, from its sweeping vistas to its opulent interiors, might also be grappling with issues beneath its surface sheen-issues like impractical design choices, potential maintenance nightmares, or perhaps a disconnect with the modern buyer’s needs. These hidden flaws, undiscussed by Enes Yilmazer in his mansion tours, could very well be contributing factors to why this jewel in Bel Air has yet to find its match.
Moreover, while Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour provides a dream-like view of the property, we tackle the looming concern of financial trouble hinted at by its prolonged presence on the market and substantial debt. This mansion, despite the allure showcased in Enes Yilmazer's mansion tours, sits at a crossroads of unparalleled luxury and questionable fiscal footing.
Join me as we go beyond Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour narrative, juxtaposing the awe-inspiring aspects with a more grounded analysis of potential flaws and economic realities. This reaction is not just a critique but an exploration into why this Bel Air mansion, a subject of Enes Yilmazer's mansion tours, remains unsold. Through this video, we aim to provide a fuller picture, acknowledging both the brilliance that Enes Yilmazer captures and the complex tapestry of factors influencing the mansion’s fate. I agree. Mikey was more than 50 percent of Enes' videos. He was so much more than the cameraman. But I doubt he'll be back. I kind of got the idea that Mikey and Enes had more than a business relationship and that pairing probably went boom!
i think they may have been lovers. they toured an 80,000,000 dollars 1990s house in Missouri and mickey mentioned that they WERE ROOMMATES. huhhhh???
Im pretty sure Enes is Straight …. enes naming the rooms and then drooling over the finishes gets old really quick ….but Micky says some funny stuff that ur inner child would say…. He really grounded the videos … made them more human and fun
I agree Enes is straight. I believe they were friends.
@@DORSEYLANDRIA lol Just because they are touring pricey homes doesn't mean they can afford those homes themselves. California is very expensive to live, so it made sense for them to cohabitate with one another while they were grinding, trying to establish themselves in L.A after moving from Texas. Logistically and budget wise, it just made sense.
@@DORSEYLANDRIA now men are gay if they are roommates? lol
Wow, this channel is not competition for Enes it is a great complement. The best of both worlds. We like Enes because of the details, the cinematography, and the exhaustiveness of his tours. He is perfect for visualizing events, families, and activities on the property. But you give us the truth and the scoop of all these properties, and it is just a match made in heaven. Please keep making these videos and also spill the tea about these properties. EXCELLENT!
Ya enes and I are like brothers separated at birth 😂…. Raised with completely different parents ….. JK…. Thanks for the support 🙏🏼❤️
this is a creep monetizing off ENES!
@@pamelaharrmann8420 Not really. When you do the gap analysis, you will notice that Enes' videos are too positive and lack a critical sense. That is why I look at this channel as complementary because it provides a realistic view with a critical lens. Moreover, the properties are well known for still being in the market and Arvin has been doing this for quite a while. In other words, you go to Enes to watch the play and you come to Arvin to find out what happened behind the curtain. Excellent one-two for us!
@@daweithisisdavidinmandarin6121 You've framed them perfectly for me. They are excellent counterpoints for each other.
This life..always balance. I always praise enes for his work..dint know you could do fault finding..wow...n make money at the same time
Glad someone mentioned how hideous the furniture is. It seems like they’re trying to gain a middle eastern buyer. Very Dubai.
They need to change that furniture asap
Folks from Dubai don't even like that furniture! I seen quite a few homes from there! It's modern
The fact that it's all branded is such a turn off for me
Or very Persian perhaps? Los Angeles is nicknamed "Tehrangeles" for a reason, I bet the builder of this home is Persian.
Just add water .
I strongly agree. For $139 million, you could buy TWO Lake Geneva Mansions that he reviewed in his video and still have $11 million left over. It's a very beautiful, very luxurious, and very artistic mansion.
thanks for sharing your thoughts
Yes, let’s compare homes & their prices in Bel Air to those in Lake freaking Geneva because those are somehow comparable?!? LOL That is literally comparing apples to oranges. That’s no different than trying to compare a 4000 sq ft NYC penthouse apartment to a 4000 sq ft high-rise condo in LA. You’re trying to compare two different styles of homes AND home in two completely different and separate geographical areas. What is it the say is the golden rule of real estate? Oh yeah: location, location, location!!
What I personally dislike about all these modern homes is that they look like either Dentist/Doctors/corporate offices than homes. Or Museums. It's not cozy as a home. It's just a show-off piece to flaunt.
Even if I was a Billionaire I would rather have a "cozy" giant log home mansion with big logs and stone and rooms designed to feel like a home. I am also not a person that would care to show off. I am more private. So why would I care about silly crap like overly done architecture that looks artificial.
I have to say … I personally prefer homes in 6000 to 8000 sqft regardless of my net worth
That is not a common theme among modern homes, its a common theme on POORLY DESIGNED modern homes. Check out architect Marcio Kogan, that is modern and COZY. These concepts aren't mutually exclusive. Unfortunately, some architect have absolute SHIT taste.
There is a reason why you are not a billionaire, because if those personality traits.
Saw the Old Fashioned guy 😅
I grew up in a huge, modern house slung off the side of a hill. While the view was spectacular, the property was no place to raise children. I’m lucky to be alive actually, as I rode my tricycle off a cliff one day. Other than scrapes and bruises I ended up alright, but I could have easily been killed. Children need a safe yard to play in.
100% …. Views get old … land has utility … view doesn’t
@@ArvinHaddadOfficialThey really don't, though. All my houses have had or made views, though they aren't luxury properties.
Yes we can’t forget about THE ONE and 777 Sarbonne. Developers in Los Angeles are literally in La-La Land.😂
Yup 👍🏽
I love Enes but every property he showcases has a smaller probability of being sold. They either sell for a massive discount, go to auction or just stay flat on the market. I wish him and the team the best.
Ya many of them have not sold
I haven't heard of any property over 10 million that's sold for ask. The buyer pool for these are already small anyway so they're never going to fly off the shelf.
I think that just represents the superhigh end market at the moment....
yeah probably this is why they are paying the big bucks for him to boost their chances
@@tomriley5790 Yeah that "The One" that the builder said was gonna go for $500M listed for $250M ended up selling for $141M.
Great fun to see Enes’ enthusiastic expert tours alongside Arvin’s savvy critiques. Bravos to both 👏
Thanks pal
I´ll never get how developers can be so wrong about building houses, who in the world wants to live in a house that´s completely black? Maybe Batman would live in it, but no one else, where is the wood, where is the warm feeling, where are the colors? It´s like someone googled what depression looks like and went with the theme.
my theory is that they build it for their super ego who is still 25 years old
Yes and all the money these house cost and they NEVER have color flowers, trees etc. Just raggedy trees and a bunch of grey and black!
These homes are built as a way to create jobs. All the people that worked together to create this home would otherwise be out of work. You see, there’s really not that many people that can afford to build or live in and maintain a home like this. The Illuminati own all these homes. The people that will live in these homes, work for the Illuminati. The Illuminati use these homes to sell a dream and fantasy world to young people. When people have dreams they work harder and do a better job. All these homes will be used to throw extravagant parties that many people, young and old from all around the world will attend. It’s like a show that highlights American culture. Hence why they are called Illuminati, they get to choose who gets put in the spotlight as a famous person for good or bad reasons.
I do
@HoneyLove77 is the trees around not enough
Why not just turn it to a forest😡
You're all just making criticism without sense
These are some of the very best videos you have done! I’m hooked!
Thanks brother 🙏🏼❤️ u have been there from the start
Same😂
That gold lock furniture was hysterical!
Hahaha
People need to understand that Enes is TOURING houses, he’s not the owner or developer of these houses. I’ve been watching his channel since the beginning and I understand that his channel focuses on more unique and interesting houses. And in one of his videos he said that he quite being a realtor, so he is not selling but touring houses on RUclips. If the house is not your taste or doesn’t sell, I don’t think you should blame Enes. Plus making a whole video about Enes house tours just so “ Mike can come back “ ! We don’t even know what happened between them, if they don’t want to address it they have the right. Plus, Enes’ channel is called: ENES YILMEZER, not Enes and Mike, in my knowledge. Ah, I’m exhausted 🥱
He helps get those houses sold, but he doesn’t own them and I don’t think he is even a realtor.
I agree 1000% ⬆️
Enes is paid to spin BS
I love this new style of video you've been doing. These are so funny. And insightful too.
Glad you like them! And thanks for the support
These are now my favorites videos of yours 😊😊

EXCELLENT VIDEO! Thank you brother!
Thanks brother 🙏🏼
Excellent Video! One of your best ever, if not your very best. Very, very informative. I like your serious tone. Not jokey - you come across very knowledgeable and authoritative. And I like how you don't just point out the flaws in the property; you compliment the things that the developer has done right. Like you say, "the good, the bad, and the ugly". This video is "must watch" viewing for anyone looking to purchase a new home. Thanks Arvin. RC
Thanks for the feed back
Hey Arvin, great video, I appreciate your honest reviews over Enes video itself! Could you however add in a couple of reasons for certain statements for the newbies in future vids. For example why certain designs are not ideal, etc. Greetings from Germany
Noted! And I will… it’s just like trends … it’s not popular with the population at the moment… sometimes it’s because it was done before and it’s played out and sometimes it’s because it doesn’t go with the vibe of the city
I love these videos, very insightful. You are on to something here. Keep it up..
Glad you like them! Thanks for the support soul
Hi Arvin, May I know if you have any good property that current listed by you? I really love to check or even video walk it if possible. Your video really pack full of useful info.
I love the way Enes presents. Quality work 🔥
I love when you say exactly what I'm thinking. Great channel!
Finally someone that knows their stuff and is very honest. Bravo my friend amazing content
It's time for your channel to explode. You've been making videos for years, but all of your videos only get around 500 views. I think this will change now. great videos.

@@ArvinHaddadOfficial Arvin with regards to Unica 10697 Somma Way I need to know what price it fetched at auction on March 21 2024 ?
Subbed! I like your critiques of these properties. I've watched (and enjoyed) so many of the hype videos, but now I'm really savoring your critical eye for the details, and how that may have impacted the market value of these houses. I'd love to hear more about your thoughts on the current state of taxes that CA seems to pilling on. Will it severely hurt the luxury market? What about the US economy's impact on luxury buyers?
Welcome aboard! Really glad to hear this … drooling 🤤 over finishes that only depreciates with time is the wrong way of looking at real estate
Can you post a link to the other video you mentioned about the wall and the sale of the house next door.
idk if you added this or maybe its just the desktop youtube site but at 10:12 when you said hit the like button it actually glowed, it
made me wanna actually hit it!
Viewed this mansion tour when first appeared... On the furniture, my thoughts exactly... Subbed, and always a thumbs up!
Arvin, yes, I want Mikey back!!! And, I agree with you about this property. You may not have seen the video Ryan Serhant did where they tour the chef's kitchen on the lower level off the ballroom. Also, the listing agent has said that he feels this place is for a European buyer. IMHO, this wouldn't even fetch $50 million at auction. Maybe $40.
I'm guessing you don't feel that 869 Tione Rd is worth $185 million. It's not on the MLS. Just an exclusive listing.
I will check it out thanks for letting me know
First thing I noticed about that property is that it’s backside to the view
@@annonymously331 Yes! Jennifer Aniston, next door, probably has a better view. Also, some of the properties at the end of Somera, the ones Ardie bought from Elon, seem to look right down on the back of this property.

Many good points. Your playing "devils advocate". My realtor / cousin does the same thing, which I for one appreciate
Thanks for your support

Your thumbnails are amazing
I actually really like the interior and custom furniture. I know it's not what's in right now, but it makes it stand out and not look like every other LA mansion. The main flaw this property has, beside the price, is the tiny backyard. If it wasn't for that, and it was priced more reasonably, it'd be a 10/10 mansion.
Thanks for sharing ur thoughts
As a private residence this is absurd, especially for all the flaws and and asking price.
Turn it into a boutique luxury hotel, and you could maybe recoup any losses.
The only way to watch Enes! Excellent
Thanks brother 🙏🏼
Great video. You are an awesome addition to Enes’s videos.
Ya he should pay me 😂 bring me in-house
he's not an addition to enes videos.
I agree with you Arvin 100%. Hope you can also review and react on the $70 Million Villa in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai that Enes got toured about a week ago.
will take a look thanks for your support
Hey arvin what do you think is the best neighbourhood in LA overall?
Best is very subjective … most expensive is Holmby hills
It way too dark. This is for some Arabs….You’re totally right it looks like one of those houses out of Dubai that are styled with way too much gold and dark pieces🤮
Ya I haven’t seen American buyers gravitating towards these finishes
I love this!! You should do some condos and penthouses. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the idea! Will do
This is a very interesting video, sometimes when i'm watching these mansion for sale type videos, there's a Ton of Things that i wouldn't really REALLY want in the places.
Great glad I could point them out for you guys
Brilliant, brilliant video, Arvin. I've learned so much from watching your channel that I had a lot of the same thoughts you did, but you expressed them much better than I could have. I was laughing out loud at a lot of your comments. First time I saw this house reviewed by Enes, I thought it was repugnant. I'm a straight guy, but I thought this was over the top, but I couldn't figure out exactly why. I remember thinking, "$139 million? It seems overpriced at $50 million!" And then you said maybe $50 million! I also noticed the improved lighting you have on yourself. Nicely done.
Thanks stan for always backing the channel
I can not believe it! I found this video just when I was planning to make the same video! Brother, this is what you need! A huge number of decisions in such houses simply do not stand up to any criticism!
I remember that 777 property was sold at auction to the guy that won the billion dollar power ball. He got a deal!
the problem is with the property, not with the channel host. y so personal?
Very well articulated 👏👏👏👍
thanks pal
Love the business class look ❤
I hope I will never encounter a hater like this man.
As long as you have decent furniture in your house, you'll be just fine... he won't bother you. 🤣
The hate is real…..everything he’s saying about the furniture is subjective. People may not like his taste as well but hey…it’s not very LA according to him 🤣🤣🤣
🤣 bro i literally said how did this guy make a channel just to shit on other people's channels
He's a complete hater and for some reason I'm right here for the tea, I love it 😂
This place has all the warmth and charm of a mausoleum.
Hehehehe
I just came across this content. Really like Arvin. I like Enes too. I kept thinking Vegas when he was showing the furniture but as soon as Arvin showed the business class seat on the airplane I was yelling, "Yes, Yes, that's it!" at TV. LOL
Wanted to see your reaction to the two features that really make this property unique: the lower level nightclub/dance area with movable furniture and the car elevator in the garage that Bruce Wayne would love to have in his Bat Cave.
Would also love to see your critique video of 10979 Chalon, which as far as I know, is still unsold since Dan Blizerian moved out.
That house is disgusting, even without knowing the Bilzerian history. It's not a serious house.
Dan bilzerian house is so disgusting that I have been holding back on it … but it would make a great video
@@ArvinHaddadOfficial There's really no need to do the Bilzerian house, it's so ridiculous.
Keep it up, these reviews are so fun! As soon as Enes entered the house, I instantly thought "Is this house in Dubai?!"" Maybe they are hoping to attract the attention of some billionaire Sheikh?
Hahaha ya but they had this house in Dubai … they want a LA house for their LA resident
I agree with you on pretty much everything BUT when you have an expansive house like that you kind of want your family room a little more cozy for when you actually do spend time together. There’s so many other places to escape in the house otherwise.
Thanks for sharing … but this house doesn’t scream family to me
I understand that you downloaded the video but the quality has depreciated from the original 4K, but nice video overall and the details you pointed out was something we missing from the original video.
personally i think the decor is amazing, and the design is also great. But I do agree that the asking price is too high, as I have seen other properties in bel air for around the same price with alot more on offer in terms of square footage etc. But I do think the view is lovely and the outside area is nice too.
Hi, I really like your vid and commentary , yes the furniture is hideous. (subscribed)
I remember watching this tour and thinking, no way it sells anywhere near 140mil
I agree with you on almost everything, it was built for a Saudi
777 Sarbonne Rd. is my favorite mansion of all time, I don’t even know why, it just clicked for me
Arvin, I've been in this home and there is a dedicated caterer's kitchen on the lower level behind the car lifts. It has an out side access and is about 1,000 square feet. The area was not built out when I was there a couple of years ago (and probably still isnt as Enes didn't show it) however there were plans for basically a restaurant kitchen with walk-in freezer to accommodate cooking for events to be held in the massive ball room on the lower level.
Thanks for the info
I actually love the moodiness of this house. It’s dark and dramatic yet still gets loads of light and has that “wow factor” volume. I would probably decorate with jewel tones and rich textures. This is my second favorite next to the “Californiacation” house. But I can definitely see how it is over-priced. It will be interesting to see what it eventually sells for.
Glad you like it… I never say don’t buy it … just know the flaws before you buy it so you won’t overpay
Wow two "luxury home" right next to eachother that haven't sold 😮 This harsh reality of this is wild. Also yes, I believe they were offered something to have that conversation when they did the video tour review on the next door home. This is why I would pick my location myself and build my own home. If you're someone who can see the whole idea during design/engineering/building process, then it's better for you in the long run.
good points pal
Vid on the colors and designs that wealthy westerns are drawn to, would be interesting to see
You and Enes need to have a collab! It’ll be amazing!
It’s funny you say that
Funny and interesting!
I like these critique videos. This property is a disaster for $140 million. I absolutely loathe the ugly furniture! This developer started the project 8 years ago when glossy white/black was in style. The house feels cold and opressing.
Thanks pal…. Ya it’s very obvious
I would love to see you review the latest Gavren Dochterman house (with the go cart track).
Im no expert, but i also thought $139M was excessive. But what is asked is often different than what is actually paid. The $500M "The One" saw a price reduction to less than $300M. Thisn is still an outstanding home however.
Beautiful home.....and yes I agree about the available backyard. I love having a big back yard and to pay this much for no backyard is like you said....criminal. Not to mention the front area should be much larger and more private,.
Good video!
I personally disagree regarding furniture and don’t care what’s “in” when buying things, but I get what you mean.
I’ve been following Enez for a couple years now, and noticed a certain “sell-out mode” the larger their channel got. They have dubious sponsors, get paid to present the estate AND have tons of ads. Triple income.
Interesting analysis from you!
Best wishes
Thanks for the support
YES! That first step callout is 100% accurate. I see so many of these mansion tours with the absolute dumbest entry designs ever. Uneven step lengths, stepping stones over water/pebbles, etc. Why do these designers always want to inconvenience people on the way into their homes!?
It's to my understanding that interiors of the house were designed by Italian company - hence the 'non-LA' feel to it. In Europe, it's all about tonal (tone in tone), mostly neutral, but classy and opulent neutral (from beige to warm grey with emphasize on taupe with touches of different complementary accents, but not loud, jeweled, rich and deep at best) and about cozy warmth, back to traditional and classical, tactile quality of luxury fabrics (velvet, leather, linen, wool, silk, wood), complimented by expensive looking metals - bronze most of all, then copper. Patina is very in, 'dark academia', hushed, cozy, inviting, mostly darker or medium to dark toned interiors which create sense of home, secluded and private retreat, security and comfort while being luxurious and opulent. Ultimate, expensive comfort executed in classy way. This particular property is not to my taste, but furniture excluded (I've seen worse, BTW), what I dislike about it is precisely LA aspects of it - ridiculously oversized (if you don't have 6 wives and 25 children), too generic in design in many aspects and with ultimate goal to impress with price tag. The fact of the matter seemed to be that this actually was built with wealthy Middle Eastern client in mind, having in mind not just the price tag, but everything that was done interior and exterior wise - in that part of the world house purchasing decisions are made by men, not women (thus catering to their tastes and needs). They also don't mind exteriors that much, since they are used to stay indoors due to climate and their women and kids are not encouraged to expose themselves to strangers' eyes. At the same time, they love gold, everything shining and expensive, have gaudy taste, are superstitious - perhaps that might explain golden keylocks on chairs - and do need secret rooms for spirits drinking since it's prohibited in their culture). So, yes, this is Italian design take on LA lux property for Middle Eastern buyer.
thanks for you detailed comment Blue ice keep them coming ... i just posted a new video
The ceiling heights are enough for me to walk, never mind the color palette, decor, furnishings, and UAE-inspired garb.
It’s really bad … I’m surprised they haven’t dropped the price
@@ArvinHaddadOfficial yes, it's terrible. Maybe they're waiting for someone to toss in an offer that exceeds the walkway line. That project has to be a PIA to the developer to just let it sit there.
I agree! I bet it will go to auction!
You’re right Arvin. Quite a lot of this house’s inspiration has been taken from the first class or business class Emirates lounge, or a very expensive hotel in Dubai. The same Middle Eastern opulence in places.
Totally agree
Could you please do a “flaws

There was not enough juice for the squeeze … any other one ?
@@ArvinHaddadOfficial how about videos about bad realtors, like the Matt Isbell incident. Rebecca Chambliss (wheredidiputmyhammer) gets millions of views on TikTok with that type of content . I hope your channel grows , love your content .
I like how u dnt jus point out negatives u actually point out some of the nice things about the property u not completely bashing them or the property
That furniture's Salt Lake City that wants to be LA crossed with high end office fit-out. Or what a stereotypical traveling gypsy would like. Your takes are spot-on! This house needs everything cleared out and nothing but rich dark green multi-plant fern hanging baskets with textured and cascadiing leaves suspended from the ceiling and omit a warm glow seemingly from within strategically scattered throughout
That long passage off the kitchen 😮😮😮. I saw a reel of 50 cent where he said his house was so big that there were long passages leading to rooms he'll never go to (like his in a hauntedantion)
Can you also do a breakdown of 1471 Forest Knoll Dr and 8201 Bellgave Pl?
I should do both great idea
It’s my favorite house hands down!!!
Sure that one lawn looks small, but you're forgetting about that green patch of grass and weeds spreading between some of the support pillars. And the best part of a distant view of Los Angeles is that you're that much further away from having to be in Los Angeles.
Totally agree. Both furniture and interior design look horrendous
Ya I’m not a fan of
I so remember watching this tour most of the furniture in the place I hated and who wants buckles on cushions that you'd want to rest into and snuggle up into.
This is the kind of critique I was looking for. I've watched Ennis' videos from beginning, and I have wondered about these, as I have noticed that they languish on the market. I see comments asking who lives in these, and the answer is nobody. I heard an interview with Josh Altman from Million Dollar Listing. Altman said that these are for wealthy foreign buyers looking to park assets. They may visit, throw parties, but they aren't living here, it's not a home. I think another factor that you didn't mention regarding this house has to do with the lot for sale immediately down the hill. It already has a huge foundation poured, and the seller looks like they are looking for a buyer who will complete construction. That looks like it will also be equally massive, and will totally be visible from this house. I can't see how it won't encroach on the views from this one.
mate, i believe you ought to make a video about 924 bel air rd, one of the most iconic houses of the past decade
Helicopter house?
I watch Enez religiously. I remember this property .. so expensive, yet so scary on the hillside
This video series is so cool, can you introduce 1625 Summitridge Drive, Beverly Hills,Enes visited here before.
Arvin already did his own review of that house.
Ok will take a look thanks
💯% agree w your analysis & critique. There are "White Elephants" this one is Black, Wood & Bronze. Developer did not do their comp/spec homework... & Yes, the furniture is a distraction at best.
glad we se eye to eye on this
great video - Enes sounds funny (as most do) on high speed - I agree I wish Mikey could come back - spot on with this house it is very strange
Glad you didn’t smack talk Enes. He’s awesome. And yeah, I’d like to see Mikey come back, if the vibe is the same.
Thanks for the support 🙏🏼
Just found this channel, would like to see videos on houses you love.
I hate all houses ….. haha jK will do one… but all houses have flaws and that’s ok
I don't know why I just now see your videos, but you're funny as heck. And yes, Mikey should be back, but I think he started his own production company.
What? What’s the name of the production company? More please
Not my favorite at all too dark etc and the furniture is horrendous .
I always wonder how many cleaners necessary full time. 😂😂😂🇬🇧
Agree that for Enes to be more credible he needs to point out some of the challenges with houses and how the designer worked around it. They are still amazing homes, but at those sort of prices you don't expect to take big tradeoffs. He should just focus on what makes them nice and not hype stuff that really isn't there or isn't part of the house (like the cars)
Sold on auction next year?
I love Enes and now I love your videos too!!
