Josh F. is like a walking encyclopedia of old Hollywood. He's such a rare gem for his age. He & Josh A. are so fun and a joy to watch even when battling it out in real estate deals. As a realtor myself, I'm constantly amused. Great tour and gorgeous home - only wish I could've seen THE KITCHEN!!!

Speaking of the Bev Hills Hotel: When I lived out in SoCal, my Mom was visiting and we went there for lunch. Not being rich or famous, I felt a little intimidated but I had a BMW so I gave it a whirl. We ate in the beautiful outside courtyard. My Mom was raving about the bread in the bread basket and asking the waiter where it came from. (I was like, "Mommmmm....") Shortly, the tall, handsome manager came over with a lovely take-home box of various breads for my Mom. Never forgot that.
Josh Flagg is THE BEST and my favorite. 😍 His grandma was a very brave and iconic woman!
Edith was a gem. Those episodes were my favorite. Their conversations were hilarious. He is spot on about classic cars; you have to drive them, otherwise they rot away and fall apart.

100% agreed. I saw Flagg once when I went shopping on Rodeo. My friend that I drove there with was telling me that his office was right around the corner from where we parked and low and behold, as soon as we locked the car there he was crossing the street. I’m a huge fan of million dollar listing so I was so happy to see him. I was surprised at how tall he was. You can’t really tell on TV but he’s at least 6’3

Josh Flagg is the coolest! Would love a longer tour with more details about the artwork and photographs! Years ago there was a such a thing as the biography channel, and they often had shows that took you on tours of mansions, and they would describe information about the architect, the builders, the owners, artwork, furnishings, etc. We need another show like that!

Love how Josh Flagg is so laid back. Love the sweater. Love antiques and his knowledge as well as his live of art. Love his love of his grandmother. Love how he has kept beautiful things instead of the plain white square houses in Hollywood with a few stark pieces that look so uncomfortable. I'm sure when he gets his new house, it will be larger, so he can keep the pieces he loves and spread them out a bit. Love how he says do you ever shut the f up? I need to say that to myself!

I wanted to see more😩! I have recently started to think that Flagg is actually more “likeable” than we may have thought. I personally didn’t have anything against him but at one point he seemed to rub people the wrong way. Not so much anymore. Maybe Bobby has something to do with that🤷🏼♀️

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I get it, he knows a lot about Beverly Hills. My family was involved with The Bistro, Bistro Garden, and Bistro at Coldwater for many decades, but I don’t feel the need to tell everyone. Great information, the house is in a beautiful location………but the pretension is palpable. Take it down a notch or two Josh Flagg.
